It was way too sweet I couldn’t even finish the drink. It would be good as like a shot for after dinner dessert lol but I’m not one who likes French toast for breakfast so if you like to get all your sugar in before lunch this may be for you but it wasn’t for me lol. Also it’s only 19g protein which isn’t enough imo

Extremely chalky! Decent flavor, but you cannot just mix it with water or any type of milk. I had some luck blending it with avocado, but it still was chalky.

I use this as a protein shake for breakfast. It will hold me over until lunch time. I am using this shake for lactation purposes. I am not an over producer, I produce just enough for the next day. This shake has helped me regulate my supply!

This was a great way to sample before committing to a big jar. The powder is pretty comparable to other peotein powders, didn't give me GI upset, and keeps me full till lunch. I really like that it has probiotics as well.

I started drinking these to gain/maintain weight while breastfeeding. So I don't use it as a meal replacement, but as an extra snack/protein/calories each day. Taste pretty good and no upset stomach!

So I didn’t like how gritty it was I have a magic bullet not the best mixer so for other it may get smoother, other than that the flavor is great I mixed with milk and ice and it tasted like a frozen cappuccino and I liked how it came in convenient on the go backs so it was easy to take to work
