But I found these over a year ago and these are now my "One-A-Day" dirnks that at least give me some variety without a sugar overload. And they are nutritious too. They're only 8oz but I do love the taste,. so it can be tough to keep it too just One-A-Day! Thank You Target! Whenever I price shop, I find the best deal here...

I walked 2 miles to go to target. I’m diabetic and my blood sugar was low so I bought The boost glucose control. I went to work today and realized that it is expired and that’s probably why I wasn’t feeling so good.

Pick your battles. This ticks enough boxes to justify the artificial junk in it.
Yeah it's got junk artifical stuff in it, but at the end of the day it's high protein, low sugar, doesn't require any prep time whatsoever besides shaking and unscrewing the cap, and it tastes way better than a lot of other high protein stuff I've tried (which means im more likely to actually drink it). So ill keep using it. As usual, it's cheapest here.
