I would put this on my must have list for having a baby. I liked this so much that I had actually bought this one for a co-worker that was expecting. It really helps repel any sort of possible stain that baby may throw at your boppy pillow and saved me from having to clean the actual pillow many times. Just throw the cover and the liner in the wash! Pillow still looks brand new!

Although this is not actually waterproof, it does help to protect the boppy pillow from drool and (most importantly) spit up. I use a decorative cover overtop of this. I wouldn’t use the pillow without this protective cover. I have one for each of my nursing pillows (upstairs and downstairs), and I have a third one for when one of the sets are in the wash. This protective cover washes well. It has held up through my first child, and I am now using this with my second.

Not at all water resistant. My baby spit up and it went right through the cover and got the pillow wet.

Super water resistant for barfs and spills! I was worried it was gonna be to plastic feeling but it isn’t! We are using a borrowed boppy pillow so I am now confident the pillow will be returned in great shape!

I know it's water-resistant, not waterproof. But I just didn't expect a diaper blowout to go straight through the regular cover and this cover onto the pillow. This cover might as well have nor been there because it did nothing.
