Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen)

What a fantastic pair of over-ear headphones! The active noise cancelling (ANC) is truly impressive and I appreciate having a way to change how the music sounds according to my preferences by using the Bose app on my iPhone. Setup The headphones come nicely packaged with easy to follow instructions for things like how to turn them on, connect with your phone through Bluetooth, and even how to them fold them back into a very nice protective case. Did I mention it comes with a carrying case? Through the Bose App, you also get a brief overview of the features and how you can change how it sounds, like the bass, treble, etc. Sound I listen to a lot of different music and I tried different genres with these headphones to see how it sounds and there's a deep bass I appreciate that balances with the higher tones. Helps make my EDM music sound incredible. There are also audio preferences that you can setup through the Bose App, like the Aware mode, which allows for outside sound to come through so that you can hear coworkers or family speak to you while listening to music. There's also a way to increase and decrease the amount of Noise Cancellation. It was pretty fun changing this setting on the fly with my kids : ) . Fit Very comfortable. It's lightweight and I never felt fatigue while using them over long periods of time. Overall, these headphones have so many features and sound great. The only thing I wish it had was a way to have the shortcut features all active by pushing the volume strip on the headphone. You can only choose between Hearing the Battery Level, Changing the Audio setting, and Accessing the Voice Assistant (like Siri), and Spotify (but I use Apple Music so I can't use this one : (

Wow. These are probably the coolest headphones I’ve ever owned. The sound quality is amazing when they say they cancel background noise… they do! I use them for listening to my audiobooks. They are actually very comfortable too, even when wearing my earrings, I don’t need to take them off. They come in a nice case and cables to charge. There is an app you can use with your headphones, but I don’t really need to use it. The charge lasts a while too! Love these headphones!

These are high quality over the ear noise cancelling headphones. The only problems I have are definitely me problems and not because of the headphones themselves. I feel a tightness with any noise cancelling pair I own. When with nothing playing in them I can hear very little around me which is CRAZY! They have the be aware feature though too which is super nice. They are incredibly comfortable as someone who listened to audiobooks daily! Battery life is amazing!

These are great! I love that they come with a case to keep them in. Easy to charge. The battery lasts a long time. They cancel out all noise from my surroundings. I like that they fold down. I would recommend these to anyone.

These headphones are AMAZING! The noise cancelling is perfection and really enhances the sound quality of any music or podcasts we listen to. Super comfortable and easy to set up via Bluetooth. My son can’t wear in ear headphones so these are perfect for him! Super stylish as well!

First pair of Bose headphones and I am blown away!! So crisp, clear and extremely comfortable. I own several other Bose speakers and I absolutely love them. Bose is the best in the market hands down!!

Overall fairly disappointed with the purchase. Im not sure if I got a defective product or just expected too much from the ANC given all the praise this product has received. I recently took a flight and was very disappointed with the noise cancelling. The ANC is not nearly as good as I expected. Sound quality is fine. Build quality feels good. They are comfortable. Battery life seems as advertised. I would not recommend this product for the price. Will try Sony wh-1000xm6 and see if their ANC is any better.

I love this exclusive design of the headphones it is definitely very unique and I have received many complements on how they look. I love the sound and how comfortable they are to wear. I'm still getting use to wearing around the ear headphones.

I’m a pro musician and audiophile, and I’ve always been very particular ( and picky) about my sound gear and getting the best possible audio. With that said, these new Bose headphones are the best I’ve tried to date. The response, quality, and noise cancellation features are superior to other studio quality headphones, and the ability to EQ the treble, miss, and bass to my liking is fantastic! The Bose app makes it easy to adjust the sound to every environment, especially when traveling on tour or vacation. I had a pair of the Quiet Comfort headphones and enjoyed using them, but when the new QC2’s came out I had to try them. Well played, Bose. Well played, and thanks!

I bought a Bose headset for one of sons for Christmas he loved it, he loves the style, the perfect sound that comes out he couldn’t stop talking about it so I went and I had to have one for me I went and bought the 2 generation for myself.

I’ve been using the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) for a while now, and I have to say — these things are incredible. Sound: The sound is warm and rich, but still very balanced and clear. Everything feels natural — vocals, instruments, bass — nothing is overdone or harsh. I haven’t noticed any distortion at all, even at higher volumes. The soundstage also surprised me; it’s natural and has a nice sense of depth and space between instruments. Music just feels alive through these, not flat or clinical. Comfort: Comfort is honestly next level. These feel like pillows hugging your head — soft, snug, and super comfortable for long sessions. I wouldn’t use them for workouts (they’re not built for that kind of movement), but they’re fine for light activities like a brisk walk or some yoga. Noise Canceling & Transparency: The noise canceling is phenomenal — so strong it can actually get a little disorienting at first because it blocks everything. On the other hand, the transparency mode sounds incredibly natural. You can easily hear your surroundings without it sounding artificial, which is great if you’re in an office or just need to stay aware of people around you. Controls & Features: The controls take a little getting used to, but once you figure them out, they work really smoothly. I love that you can quickly switch between Bluetooth devices you’ve already paired — that’s super convenient. Battery life is great too — around 30 hours, which easily gets me through multiple workdays or a long flight. There’s also USB audio, multi-point Bluetooth, and spatial audio that works on any device, no special software needed. The call quality is excellent too; I’ve taken business calls in noisy environments and people still hear me clearly. Overall: These are some of the best headphones I’ve ever owned. The sound, comfort, and noise canceling are all top-tier, and the features make them super versatile. They’re not for heavy workouts, but for travel, work, or just relaxing and enjoying your music, they’re absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

Comfortable all day sound! The perfect birthday present for myself!

It is good but don't block loud talking people. Moreover bos qc ultra gen 1 headphones have more pleasant sound (bass), which i cant adjust in eq of gen 2. Its not the same, gen 1 have really strong pleasant bass

I was so excited to try out these Bose headphones. Aesthetically, they’re beautiful. The white color is more of an ecru than a true white. And in the photos the silver accents are muted but IRL they are a shinier silver. They truly are comfortable - not too hot or too tight on my head. I like the carrying case and they pair easily/quickly when turned on. The sound is good, definitely noice canceling, but music sounds a bit more subdued or not as sharp as with my comparable pair of headphones.

I bought this few weeks ago in midnighg purple and i'm totally amazed this is my 2nd bose headset from the first qc 35.
