Garbage
This thing arrived looking cheap and came with a pump that didn’t hold together. I tried manually pumping it and then took it home and added air with a tire pump and I am still returning it. Not what the clinic Bosh’s used to be! I kept thinking I got a knockoff brand but that was not the case. Highly disappointed with spending time and energy and now a 45 minute commute to return it to target. Ugh!

Works great!

As someone who works out daily and did not have one of these, I was so excited. I was very wobbly on it to begin with. But I have been using it for a few weeks so I could give a good review and it has helped my balance and core strength tremendously!

It's easy to set up and easy to carry around. It's not overly heavy. You can deflate it to store it or keep it inflated. It's easy to inflate and they send the needle and pump with it. So far I've been using it by standing and lifting weights but I need to look up some more routines where I can use it for squats lunges etc. It's heavy and solid and a very quality piece of equipment. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was really easy to set up, once I was able to located instructions online. The balance ball comes mostly deflated, so you'll need to inflate with the included tools. It only takes a couple of minutes and it comes with an extra plug, just in case you lose the first one. The balance ball is on the heavier side but isn't so heavy that you can't move it around. The heaviness keeps it from sliding around. I plan to store it sideways when not in use and it's light enough to do so. The rubber on the ball is very heavy duty and is nonslip, whether standing or sitting on it. I like the color of this ball too. It's a deep carbon black and looks as elegant as it could possibly look for what it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the pro version and i am posting pictures of it next to the one I have used for years. The rubberized outside is matte black, which means not slippery, and feels like a thicker material. It came with a pump and two plugs and was very easy to blow up. It is definitely going to last a long time and I like that it feels more sturdy. My girls are swimmers and they are also using it for their core and balance workouts to help strengthen their bodies for long distance swimming. Such a great tool for working out at home.

Great Product
I’ve always loved Bosu Balance Trainers at the gym. Now that I have a gym in my house I decided to purchase one. Construction is super sturdy. The product is made very well. Price was great and it was very easy to blow up. Took less than five minuets. I definitely recommend this product to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nice part about unpacking this balance is that it is basically all set to use. All you have to do is pump it up, easier said than done. The pumping is easy to do, but taking the pump(that's included) out and putting the plug in can be a pain. The second the pump comes out the air is escaping and you have to be quick with your fingers to plug it. Then you have to try and get the plug in right away before you have to start the process of pumping it back up. Now after that is all done and you have had your work out for the day. You can go ahead and try it out. This ball is great for me because I have some balance issues and it's helping me. Also you can use it to do Yoga or other exercises on it. I like to use it by switching out what foot I have on it. Jump up and place one foot on it and repeat with other side and so on. There is videos you can watch to suggest different things you can do with it.

I would recommend the product to anyone who wants to work on balance in home, it has already helped me in the time I have had it.
