A: Hi Loretta5ue, The BOSU® NexGen™ Home Balance Trainer has 6 rubber feet on the bottom to grip to the floor and is designed for casual home use while the BOSU® NexGen™ Pro Balance Trainer has a dually over-molded base meant to withstand continual gym usage. The pro version also holds up to 350 pounds compared to the home version holding up to 300 pounds.

I bought this in Target. I really like the texture on the ball, as it's grippy and helps me not slip off. It's easy to balance on and also easy to flip it over to do leg workouts for helping with skiing muslces. I have 2 BOSU balls already, and I'm enjoying adding this one to my routine. It was expensive, but as long as it holds up, I'll continue be happy.

I learned to use this at the UltraFit class at my gymn. I balance on one leg with the dome side down and do shoulder press, biceps curl, squats, and lateral raises. I hold on to the sides and do pushups.

This is true to its weight capacity. It is durable, and easy to assemble. It came with two plugs, which is great cause i'll probably lose one. This product will be the reason for my successful weightloss and toning journey. My legs are sure to be sturdy by the end of 2024.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great addition to any home gym. I like the added grip marks on this version. You can do pretty much any dumbbell movement (bicep curls, tricep extension, shoulder press, etc) while standing on this to add solid core and balance work to your workout. It comes with it's own pump and an extra plug in case you lose one. Surprisingly, the hand pump was rather efficient and only took a couple of minutes to blow up the ball. Glad to have this.

This item was just over 90 days after purchase and it started losing air. I started to pump it up and I heard air coming out. I looked on the top and there was a slit in the top. I only use this about maybe two hours a day since I got it. I use it on a mat and I only wear socks. I weigh between 115 to 120 lbs. Because the timeframe was over 90 days, Target will not take this back. I have other Bosu’s that cost way less than this one and the last one lasted over nine years of constant use.

This is unlike my other trainers .. it is well built has a nice bounce! Large enough to feel confident in jumping/stepping/lying on it . Definitely recommend for stretching
