Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

Height

Have your child stand in front of the fridge.Mark the top of the head with a magnet. Measure a straight line from floor to magnet.
Chest

Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.
Waist

With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.
Hip

Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.
Inseam

Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

Very good quality hoodie

This is a really nice looking pullover hoodie. I got it for my 7 year old son and it fits perfectly and is true to size. Its soft and keeps him nice and warm. It has a nice deep pocket where he can put his stuff. The hood helps keep his ears and head warm. The inside is super soft to the touch and makes him feel very comfortable. It looks really good on him and matches with almost everything he wears.

Very roomy and comfortable

The Boys' Tech Fleece Pullover Hoodie from All In Motion in Fitness Gray color is neutral and modern, easily paired with various bottoms, and the overall fit is true to size.The material feel soft, lightweight tech fleece fabric, it provides warmth without bulk.The hoodie has a classic pullover design with a roomy kangaroo pocket, while the stretchy material allows for unrestricted movement, it a practical choice for my son everyday wear, he loves it.

small neck hole

this is a great hoodie for play. it keeps my boy warm and he doesn't mind the color. A while I can admit my son’s head is a little large, the neck hole is a bit smaller than it seems it should be. We had some difficulty getting it up and over his head

Long sleeve hooded sweatshirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good, basic sweatshirt. My son is between a size medium and large. Pictured is a size large (because you know how fast kids grow) and I would say this is true to size. The material is quite soft. The outside material is smooth and the inside material is fleece. I will say, during the winter, this sweatshirt will probably cause some static electricity and give shocks. I received an incentive to write this review.

Great hoodie!

Yes, yes, and yes again. If you’re thinking about it, don’t think, just buy. Especially if there is a Target circle deal. You cannot go wrong with All in motion brand. This hoodie is so soft and comfortable. Very good quality and fits perfectly. Deep kangaroo pockets are great and my son’s toys never fall out even when he’s playing. My son wears a small but I got a medium. I always tend to size up in case I want to throw a sweater underneath but the hoodie fits true to size. Would definitely recommend.

Nice athletic and fleece lined hoodie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the athletic feel on the outside of this hoodie and the soft fleece inside. The kangaroo pocket is nice. I got my son a size up to a 10/12 and he’s almost 10 but thin and tall. He weighs about 65 lbs and is 4’8” tall. He likes that it does not taper in at the waist and says it’s more comfortable that way. The bottom is a little wider than I’d prefer but it’s well made. I like the Heathered look. I received an incentive to write this review.

Ok sweatshirt

The fit of this is nice and the fabric is nice. The inside is fleece lined so it is soft against the skin. The thumb holes in the sleeves are nice. The hood is not what my child likes since the front part of it comes up a little too far on him and the hood is really too big for his head. Not having strings on the hood makes it difficult to stay on his head.

Cozy hoodie

I received these products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. Ok I know I know, drawstrings and little ones don't mix; however, not being able to adjust the face opening is really weird to me! This was a little big for my little one, but you know all they do is grow, so I just have to wait a week and I know it will fit. He was very excited to receive this and wanted to keep wearing it (even though that day it was quite warm!). Cozy and he seems to love it.

Fits great

This is perfect for the fall mornings when you need to dress in layers. It’s not super thick, but does keep my nephew warm. Love the color and the fabric. It does have a little stretch to it, which is great for throwing over his uniform after a game. Great product, and it does fit true to size.

Perfect fall sweater

Kiddo LOVES this sweater. It's perfect for fall: warm but not hot, hood is big enough to wear a baseball cap underneath, and the thumb holes are a big hit! I love that it washes easily and matches everything. Great addition to the wardrobe!

Kids all in fleece hoodie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is 3’6” and 40lbs so we ordered a XS (4/5) in this hoodie and he loves the oversized fit. He picked out the bright blue and it is really nice in person. The inside of this sweatshirt is fleece and it is so soft and warm. It has a somewhat funnel neck and no ties which I like for kids. There is a big pocket on the front and it has thumb holes in the sleeves which he thinks is the coolest! I received an incentive to write this review.

Very nice. Great pullover

I probably should have ordered an extra small. I don't mind the looser fit as it will fit longer and it will allow more capability for layering. This is perfect for fall. Runs a bit big but great layering piece for fall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is 8 and a bit short for his age with a slim build. He tried this hoodie on in a size medium/8 and is typically in between sizes. I found this to run slightly big, especially in the length and in the arms. It does feel quite soft, warm and thick and I am impressed at the quality overall. The thumb holes are a nice touch and it has roomy pockets and a nice hood. This will be great as a layering piece for fall and spring. I received an incentive to write this review.

Great for school in the fall to layer over short sleeves

Nice hooded sweatshirt! Great for school or sports or relaxing at home. Fits true to size (boys sz large is 10-12) and nice variegated grey color. Perfect for fall to wear to school with the hood in case of inclement weather, as most kids don’t take umbrellas! Thumbs holes in the sleeves. Nice front pocket to keep your hands warm or your phone in. Perfect medium weight, not too heavy!

Fleece hoodie w/kangaroo pouch front pocket!
