This is a lovely French provincial basket!!! I'm using it on my upstairs stairway bannister to help organize temporary items which I haven't put away yet. But this basket has elegant proportions, similar to an 8.5x11 sheet of paper, so a nice and versatile shape. Love it, I'm glad I got it, and I highly recommend this stylish and useful basket!!
