Ordered a 9 Pro+ as shown in the product order page and recieved a 9 Pro. The 9 Pro+ is an upgraded version of the 9 Pro with titanium blades. Tried to order a replacement an none in stock.

Norelco endorsement
I have used this Series 9 for 4 years and never got a close shave. My 10 year old Norelco performs better and gives a close shave now as it is my travel razor. From the beginning I have never had a Braun shave that did not require a manual blade to make it smooth. A new head is half the price of a new razor.

Garbage replacement head
Replacement heads are sub standard quality. They don’t last even 3 months. Only the cartridge that comes with first purchase of shaver lasts about a year. 18 months is never going to happen, and with replacements it’s down to 3 months. I’m on 3 series 9 shaver and between those 3 some 8-9 cartridges. But have had enough, no more Braun shavers.

Poor design
The lower blade fell out. This happened after less than a year of usage.

Worst Braun shaver ever
Worst shaver of all I have ever had. I had the series 7 prior and that cut great. Its head broke so I got the series 9 thinking it was an upgrade, turns out it's the worst shaver ever even if you can say it's a shaver. This is the last Braun shaver I will buy. Honestly I don't have time to keep going over and over my face until it is beet red and my arm is tired just to get everything shaved. This shaver would have a difficult time cutting water let alone whiskers. Extremely disappointed Braun left the quality of cut off the list in the directions for this shaver. At least put it in the directions or on the package that is is a long time duration of shave with only a mediocre cut at best..

My beard is very difficult to cut and smooth shaving has been always a challenge. I used Braun shavers for many years, also used Panasonic foil and all Philips Norelco models. At the end and after spending a ton of money (specially with Philips and Panasonic blades), I have decided that there is nothing better than Braun for my personal use. I prefer to shave dry (no water and no cream) and can affirm that I cannot get a better shave than I get with my Braun 9 series. The result is always identical and very good. There is also the money side to this - Braun shaving heads fit all 7, 8 and 9 series and can be used in any position. Comparatively, they cost less than Philips and Panasonic with the same or better performance. So, if you decided to use the latest 9 series Pro plus head on a 7 or 8 series, just go ahead and buy it, it will fit well and you won't be disappointed. My 9 series handle is 8 years old, has been used several thousands times and performs like new. I wish other products were built like my shaver is.

Terrible replacement head
If you are considering purchasing a the S9Pro replacement head, save the money and put it toward a new, non-Braun electric shaver. This replacement head is giving me the worst shaves I have ever had! The original shaver head that came on my shaver was fantastic, but wearing out. As soon as I started using the new head, it was apparent that something was off. It does not mater if you have 1 day stubble or a several day beard, the replacement head WILL NOT shave well! It pulls severely and does not cut much at all. I tried shaving at a few different lengths with the same results: Pulling, irritated skin, and having to follow up with a blade razor to finish the job. I thought I may have just had a bad head, but after diving into it this product is clearly flawed. DO NOT buy this replacement head or an S9Pro until this situation is rectified. This shaver is too expensive for this.

I have been a Braun user for 20 years a 7 ,a9, and now the nine pro. Got pro replacement head and after Three weeks of use it came apart.

Horrible
Extremely dissatisfied. The series 9 pro is a great tool, and the original blade was great. This is not the same and now I’m stuck with an expensive product. I expected better from Braun. Stick with the series 7.

Head Not the same
This Braun Head made in Germany is not what originally came with pro9. I’ve had 7, then 9, now 9pro. First thing I noticed was this new head model has no springs. Certainly doesn’t shave like the others. Not even close. Bummer because I absolutely love my Braun 9pro.

Head Replacement 94M gives a bad name to Braun
Like many Braun loyalist here I too am very disappointed not only at the head replacement part that is totally inadequate, poorly designed and manufactured and it simply doesn't work (100s and 1000s of customers cannot simply be wrong), but for the first time not that I am disappointed but pretty frustrated at Braun as a company to produce such a junk as a product. These replacement head are not cheap either! What good does it do to have a quality product but an awful shaver head that simply doesn't work! After mere 3 month of light use, more than half the whiskers end up on my chest, arms and on the bathroom's countertop. It barely keeps any inside. It takes 20 minutes to achieve a mediocre shave with quite a few hairs still on my jaws and neck. A day later you see and feel the stubs out on your face. Braun needs to pay a serious attention to this matter that it deserves and it must provide a clear path to address this problem rather than keep providing just a PR lip service here.

My original head did not last long, the replacement indicator appeared so I purchased another. Again, did not last long. Frustrating and too expensive to continue this. I wound up using my old Series 7 razor. Nuts.

Messy!
I’ve used Braun for many years, I think the new head design is a mistake. They have so much stuff inside the razor’s head, there’s no room for the whisker cuttings. Most cuttings end up on the floor or in your lap. I use the cleaning station which use the expensive refills.

Many close shaves
I've had my Series 9 Pro for several years now. It has provided hundreds of close shaves. Only issue is the cover of the power button just fell out one morning. Still operates... Just makes the shaver look broken... For the price of the shaver I was somewhat surprised and disappointed.

Expensive but at least it's awful
After being a total convert to Braun for years now, leaving behind other electric shavers and wet shaving, I'm really surprised at the lack of quality control. This replacement shaver head not only didn't work as well as the original, but it also fills the room with an overwhelming vibration that feels like the head is going to pop of the razor while using it. I'm thankful I didn't throw out the original head. Needless to say, I am returning it. And since I can't trust that another replacement head will work, I may have to look at another option for shaving. Sad because I absolutely love my Series 9. Best shaving experience in my 40 plus years of shaving. Someone please find the "inspected by" label in this product to locate the person responsible for passing this cheaply made replacement head, and retrain them. Or DOGE them.
