It's so crazy I thought it was just my facial hair getting more thick or something. After reading these reviews I realize it is the series 7 replacement heads ! They have been trash at shaving.

I no longer use either of my Braun series 7 razors. Once a replacement head was changed, the razor painfully pinched while using. They need to be re-engineered.

Poor shaves
Even new it cut very unevenly. It glides better after cleaning, then goes back to pulling. It misses large areas even after changing direction of shaving plus multiple tries.

Shaver is fine yet replacement head is lousy. How is a company with a stellar reputation manufactures a lousy shave head?

Do not recommend S7 Replacements Heads
I agree with what has been said of the replacement heads, they are inferior to previous replacements. They do not cut as close, less smooth and much slower to complete shaving. I have been a Braun customer for many years and am very disappointed with these replacenent heads.

Poor Quality of Replacement heads
As others have reported, initial purchase of replacement head worked well. All other replacement heads have been of extremely poor quality. I will not purchase any other replacements and will toss the razor into the trash.

Deceptive Packaging - Be Careful With Sizing
The package for this says in big bold print "Series 7." The headline for the product is "Braun Series 7 Electric Shaver Replacement Head". Normal people would think that this would fit all Braun Series 7 shavers. But I have a Braun Series 7 Shaver and this doesn't come close to working. It turns out that in the fine print description that it only fits a few of the Braun Series 7 Shaver models. No warning that it doesn't work on many of Series 7 models made over the years. Buyer beware!

What happened to Braun?
Same issue as the other folks are addressing here. I bought a replacement for my replacement thinking it was a knock-off. Could not even get it on the shaver without a lot of effort and to top it off, it was worse than the first one.

QC issues
I’ve been a Braun user since just about the time I started shaving. I bought a series 7 June 2024 because I wanted one shaver to carry for both beard trimming and shaving. This is my 3rd razor from Braun. Unfortunately I broke the foil that came with it somehow (can’t remember how) and had to buy a replacement. I’ve had the replacement for less than a year and it’s pulling hair out of my face rather than cutting it. It wasn’t very good from the start. The one that came with it worked relatively well but the replacement is just terrible. Both of these things made me wonder if I should have "upgraded" at all. The shaver itself is just fine but the purpose is to cut the hair on my face which it can’t do. I even thought that I had somehow picked up a knock off item. From the reviews I have read here I’m not the only one. Soooo Braun?

Replacement heads
I recently bought two replacement heads for a bronze seven shaver. The original one were great until the head broke. The two replacement heads are completely unacceptable. One didn’t want to cut anything and the other. It takes me at least twice as long to get a halfway decent shave. It seems I am not alone in this complaint.

Replacement heads are terrible.
We were happy with the original product (7 shaver) but the replacement heads have been terrible. It is hard for me to to believe they are made in Germany. The shaver was for my special son. He has been getting razor burn with this latest replacement head.

Replacement Blades
Replacement blades are a joke. You might get 3 months use from them. Original blades last about a year!! Disappointed ☹️

Ouch
I've replaced the cutterhead many times over the years but this latest one is a dud. It does not give a shave. It plucked at some of my whiskers and hurt. I had to retrieve my old cutterhead from the trashcan just to complete my morning shave; it was THAT BAD. There is no way on the website to speak to a human and find out whether this is a batch problem or whether the company has a fix in store. Given the other bad recent reviews, it makes no sense to order another one. Braun, you need to do better or you will have lost a long time customer.

Replacement head came apart
The replacement head I bought started sounding terrible and the cut went down hill after only a few shaves. It eventually came apart and is now in pieces. What's going on with Braun quality? Terrible!!!!!

Replacement heads terrible
The original worked well but replacements are no good. Looking to replace the head again in 3 mo and this one didn't work very good. Sad so many things have turned to junk and a waste of time and money.

Series 7 just replaced
I have ordered a couple of these over the years with no problem. However, I just got a new one and it does nothing, it won't cut whiskers on my neck or face. It's like there are no blades inside. Ridiculous. Figure and the problem and send me one to replace the one just received.
