I'm not sure what's up with replacement heads but these never seem to shave as good as the original. I have the 9800 Model razor and the original heads lasted nearly 2 years. These replacements dulled in less than 3 months. Disappointing considering the cost.

I also purchased a s9810 razor and for the price they wanted i expected a lifetime of use and parts availability Imagine my surprise that, when needing to replace the head i find out it is now discontinued. Not happy at all

At my one year replacement date I messed up and bought an off brand replacement. The shave was poor and it dragged my skin. So I came to this site and bought this product. Now me shave is super fast and very close to the skin. And it doesn't drag on my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first experience with replacement blades was with a Chinese knockoff for less money than Philips one year ago. From the beginning they were TOO sharp and not as effective as the Philips product. They would actually cut my face and not very close of a shave. I will never go back and I love the Philips product. I was amazed at the difference in the two products. Philips knows what it is doing even if it costs a little more. By the way-I have use Philips' razors for many/many years and not one razor has stopped working. I just trade up to another model after years of use each time. Thanks
