Multi precision blades. 4.5 million hairs on your face are cut by your shaver head within one year. Replace the shaver heads every 12 months and get back peak performance. Blades raise then cut long and short hairs for a fast shave. Super Lift & Cut Action lifts hairs to cut comfortably close. Some shavers have a head replacement indicator. Once a year, depending on your shaving behavior, the shaver head replacement symbol will light up orange continuously, as a reminder to replace the shaver heads.

The Series 2000 shaver can be cleaned with running water which is a nice feature. However I have owned this shaver for several years and am about ready to go with a different make because the shaving heads don't do a very good job of cutting whiskers off close. I have to run the shaver across my face for about 15 minutes and even then some areas are not shaved very closely.

These are not "Super Lift and Cut" blades like the HQ8 and SH50s, but they fit perfectly in my 12-year-old 5-series Norelco that was originally made for HQ8s. Despite being cheaper than the HQ8/SH50s, these provide a MUCH more comfortable shave without tugging like my old HQ8s. My shaving time and skin irritation are way down. These gave my old razor a new lease on life.
