now on my second cleaning pod and after about 1 year the drive shaft interface with the razor head wears out so it does not drive the cleaning pump. no spare parts available so at the current price its a very expensive gadget. The drive shaft material iOS so weak the top just rounds off! not a happy customer

It is a really good system and it only takes a couple of minutes to use. It is far quicker than the old cleaning device especially if you do like I do I always brush my shaver out after every shave. It's a very good cleaning product. And you get a new shaver every day using the philips washing cleaning device and if you purchase the s9000 system you get all of the information from your shaver on your app . It's a first class product five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Good product but would make more sense if the cartridges were refillable. instead of having to buy new cartridges each time as to have less waste

It was impossible to get past the strong scent of the cleaning solution that gets imparted on the shaving heads after cleaning. I don't use scented products in general, but could accept it for the cleaning benefits if the scent didn't last long after cleaning.

I am using this for the first time on my shaver series 9000 and I couldn’t be happier. My shaver smells nice and feels as good as new after each clean. I am still using the brush and water and then the pod. Today I even took out the cartridge and looked at the bottom of it and saw how the little hair is being caught in the little channels at the bottom of the cartridge so the hair that comes out of the shaver doesn’t float around in the cleaning solution

I saw a deal on another brand and I thought I would get it and give it a try. I had to swap pods about twice as often did not get the blades very clean. I would run it under the faucet to finish cleaning it. I will stay with the original manufacturer brand.

The pods are nice, however I have a problem with Phillips selling the shavers and not the pods in stores. Makes me want to not bother, the shipping cost is half of the total pod costs. My last Phillips was the same story, had a motorized unit you couldn’t find cleaner for

This shaver cleaner works very well and cleans my shaver better than under the tap alone information on how to use the device is hard to get hold of but worth searching for

These pot cartridges have a nice scent and refresh the shaver ready for reuse. I always clean the heads with a brush and rinse under the tap and allow to dry BEFORE I place the shaver in the pod. This keeps the pod clean and it lasts a lot longer.

My shaver feels brand new every time I clean it with these cartridges. I can not believe the amount of whiskers that it cleaned out compared to using regular water. I've been cleaning it about every two days and I've never had a better shave. The smell of the fluid in the pod is nice and light and I love that it's alcohol free. This is a must have for your shaver..

It acts as a rinse aid to keep your equipment much cleaner than rinsing with water. I’ve been using the Philips Norelco Shaver 7100 for a couple of months. I followed the instructions for cleaning included with the shaver and thought that the results were good. I started using the Philips Norelco Quick Clean Pod and realized that it is just a better way to clean and maintain the shaver. I have uploaded a photo with this review to show the difference between cleaning methods observed with my shaver. I dry shave, so my stubble is usually thick and naturally oily. I pulled one head off after each method use (warm tap water for 10 sec all heads and rinsed the chamber, warm tap water for 60 sec one head, Quick Clean Pod for 60 sec one head.) The heads are lined up in a row to compare the results. If you can’t see the photo, the results between the methods are noticeable. I was surprised at the residue and stubble left after both of the water rinses. It wasn’t horrible but the Quick Clean Pod was significantly cleaner, leaving the cutting head looking like it was unused. In addition to the Quick Clean Pod’s ability to clean, it also acts as a lubricant for the shaver and has a masculine, clean scent. After cleaning, it’s like using a new shaver. It is the easiest way to maintain your shaver.
