Replacement Heads for Series 5000 Shavers. Replacement blades for Philips Norelco Series 5000 and AquaTouch Shavers. For maximum shaving performance, it is recommended to replace your shaving unit once every 12 months. Multi precision blades. 4.5 million hairs on your face are cut by your shaver head within one year. Replace the shaver heads every 12 months and get back peak performance. Blades raise then cut long and short hairs for a fast shave. Super Lift & Cut Action lifts hairs to cut comfortably close. Some shavers have a head replacement indicator. Once a year, depending on your shaving behavior, the shaver head replacement symbol will light up orange continuously, as a reminder to replace the shaver heads.

Poor Performance

I have been using Norelco shavers for 30 years! I bought my Shaver 5100 April 29 2019 and loved the shave! Here it is 4 months later and the blades are dull! I go to your web site to order replacement blades in hopes the new ones will last longer and you are out of stock. While on your site I read alot of reviews and they are not good! Whats going on? I am having second thoughts about buying another Norelco shaver!

Terrible Blades

Purchased these as a replacement for the HQ8. These blades constantly pull my hair and is far from the close shave I had with the HQ8s. I've given these blades a month to allow my skin to adjust with no luck. Not happy.

It's good to hear you gave your skin some time to get adjusted to the blades. Have you also tried switching between a dry and a wet shave? This might improve your shaving session. Also, we would advise you to make rotating movements with the shaver. This way our blades can 'attack' the root of your hair best. glad they listed it as a replacement on my old razor. that razor has some type of built-in timer that tells me when to replace. the one-size-fits-all advice to change every 12 months doesn't work for me since I only spend 2 minutes a day shavin.

Not sure what all the vitriol is about with some of the lower-rated reviews, but my experience is simple. These SH50 replacement heads give me a better experience than my old HQ8 blades did. My shaves seem a little smoother now with these new blades and shaving itself is definitely more comfortable. Maybe my original blades were defective. All I know is these new SH50 blades are better for me.
