A: Some of the reviews indicated that these are soft. However, in my opinion, they feel a bit hard (stiff) and not soft at all. Because of it, I move around a little more slowly than I usually do (which they recommend you do anyway). They work well though.

Too firm, dont clean well
Some of the up and up products are great, this is not one of them. Bristles are much firmer than the Phillips brand heads and don’t clean your teeth is well. Waste of $20

These do not work as well as the sonicare equivalent. They look like the sonicare heads and fit the electric toothbrush fine. However, I have to brush twice as long in order for my teeth to actually feel clean.

Broke my toothbrush
I have had my sonicare toothbrush for a while and typically buy the name brand replacement heads. I decided to try the target brand this time because they were cheaper. However, it got stuck on the part of my toothbrush it is supposed to attach to and it will not come out. Now, the top part falls out of the toothbrush body every time I try to use it. The package says compatible with sonicare electric toothbrushes, but that was not the case for me. Now I have to buy a whole new toothbrush, and these toothbrushes are not cheap. I have never experienced this issue before with the sonicare brand heads, and I am very frustrated with this product.

Even though this was a cheaper alternative than buying the name brand, these still cost a lot of money! Was totally shocked to experience the bristles coming out upon using it for the first time. Not sure how other reviewers know that the bristles come out of theses toothbrush heads and still gave a high rating. In my opinion this has a major quality flaw and the product should be recalled immediately for being a hazard.
