    This is the best but, we use plug in the wall.

    I purchased a replacement razor, same model, except I was not aware it did not have a regular plug in the wall outlet. My husband, a senior with low vision is used to the shaver but would like a plug used in the wall power source.

    Excellent Product at a Great Price

    I purchased this shaver on sale at a great price. Love the product, it's great quality and works well both dry & wet shave. The trimmer works weel too! I would highly recommend this shaver to anyone. Mine didn't come with a soft storage case/pouch so my only suggestion is that should you want one, pay the little extra for the next package up that has it. Unfortunately it was not in stock at the retailer at the time of my purchase.

    Not good for me.

It doesn't shave close enough and it takes forever as I keep having to go over the same spots. I have been a blade user all my life. The best thing about it is I don't cut myself anymore. I dislike shaving and also can't stand having a beard so I thought I would try this.

    Woefully underpowered

    It is unfair to compare this with a Braun costing a good deal more but indeed there is no comparison. This Philips 3000 gets the job done eventually but seems woefully underpowered and is a very slow shave indeed.

    Philips 3000 series .. superb shaving experience

    I have used a Philips shaver before and after 2 years and lots of shaves decided to replace it.. big mistake choosing an opposition brand.. not close to the Philips shaving quality and shaving experience I was used to. I cut my losses and purchased another Philips shaver and extremely happy with my decision.

    no power block ( sold separately? )

    immediately will return to store. how do I charge my shaver without a full charger? do they expect me to plug this into a computer? this is ridiculous. unless phillips is going to send me a power block I guess I'll go with a company that sells complete products

    Easy to use and to remove blades for cleaning.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very user friendly shaver, easy to use and clean. I replaced my Series 6000 which was very difficult to clean and deal with blade removal. The 3600 blades remove easily with one turn of the blade lock for all three blades. The 6000 had individual blade locks that were impossible to use. The 6000 cleaning tub does not work at all.
