Great product.

Great Shaver for the Face, Less Ideal for Bald Heads.
It works fantastically for traditional face shaving. I have no complaints there and would give it 5 stars without hesitation. However, as a bald gentleman, I was hoping for the same success when using it on my head. Unfortunately, it falls a little short when it comes to contouring around the shape of the scalp. I often find myself needing to make multiple passes over the same area before I’m satisfied. While it does still deliver a close shave on my head, the process takes longer than it would with a traditional razor. Fantastic for face shaving. Good/Okay for head shaving.

Great Shave Results and Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best and closest electric shave I've ever had...and I've had many at my age. My only niggle is the app. While it was helpful for the first couple of weeks to get the hang of circular motions, I got tired of the nagging that I wasn't doing it right more than 60% of the time (which the app calls "Perfect". How is 65% perfect?). I was getting the green light on the shaver handle after a few weeks, and I'm very pleased with the close, comfortable shave; so, I have stopped using the app. Mine came with the ultraviolet cleaning cube. It's very useful, but I still like to wash the shaver, then airdry it first.

No Power Head
Why oh why the heck do we not include a Power Head for the charging cable is beyond me! I have to take this and plug it into my laptop!!! How ridiculous!!! I really don't need a smart shaver either! Whose home has USB ports in their outlets except for new construction? Probably end up giving away this razor rather than firing up the laptop every time I need a recharge! Absolutely Dumb!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply, the best shaver I ever owned. The shave is flawless; no stubbles, no pulling, and no burn. just awesome. And, their are notches around the rim of the shaver allowing to trim around the nose. The pop out trim features makes it easy to trim sideburns with a sharp edge. I used the UV to sterilize the head which pulls off the body of the shaver effortlessly. In all a better way to shave.

Painful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe I’m just not used to something like this, but this electric trimmer is just not for me. The hairs end up just getting yanked out of my face, making for a very painful shaving experience. The only way I found to make it not painful is to use my own electric trimmer on the longer hairs, and then use this product on the stubble, but at that point I may as well just use my existing trimmer and a regular razor.

Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite disappointed with this newer model. I was using the 7200 model prior to this one, and it felt like a much sturdier product. Shaking excess water out of the head causes it to go flying, if you’re not careful. Also, the power button fell out, and I have to use tweezers to turn it on.
