Christmas gift. Dislike. This item sprays shaved hair on my husbands shirt or over the sink even when he cleans it after each use??? Faulty product. Can I return it? Sue

The cleaning solution somehow got super dirty -- went from being clear to murky quickly. Anyhow, you have to apply a lot of pressure and go over spots multiple times just to eliminate hair. The biggest problem, though, is that I first was able to take my time and get the hair off without any issues, but now it pulls my hair and it hurts! Very disappointed.

It's got great battery life and a really nice charger with an auto clean feature. I don't find the need to go over the same spot 3 times since it's precise enough to get it on the 1st pass. I don't have sensitive skin but it does itch less when I shave. All in all it's pretty quiet aside from the auto clean function

The cleaning and charging station is newer sleeker, and quicker leading to better battery and stronger shaving when I need it. My skin has felt smoother and had an easier shave with this newer model than the older one and this new model is a bit quieter than my last one. Highly recommend.

Overall very close shave with little effort or having multiple passes. It’s much quieter than my previous model and I love the charging / cleaning station. I freaking love Braun shaver it’s my go to. I can not shave with a blade I would subbed from a severe out break of painful razor bumps. This here changes everything I get that close shave with out the pain. If you shave with a blade and think razor bumps are a thing you have to live with I’m telling you now drop it. Buy this now it will deliver the results you deserve and not irritate your skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a beard is more complicated than it seems because you have to get a good shaver that helps you maintain your beard in the best way, also that does not damage your skin and this product is incredible, the quality is very good, its option without cables is excellent, the least thing is that it needs batteries because it is rechargeable and lasts for several sessions, the material is resistant, easy to use and clean, the noise is not very loud so it makes using it fun and its precision is perfect!!

I found it easy to change heads and to use the cleaning function. I also really like having a carry case and the extra trimmer head. I’ve used it each morning for two weeks and haven’t needed to recharge it yet, either. It isn’t as noisy as my old shaver, so it doesn’t wake my wife. It has a nice rubberized handle which is easy to grip and doesn’t feel slippery, so I’m less likely to drop it. My only issue is a small one, so it didn’t affect my rating: I would really prefer written instructions with text rather than pictures only. Luckily, there are lots of video reviews and written reviews with any details I would need. All in all, it’s a solid shaver, great quality and it provides a close shave.

Cleaning this is super easy as well with the stand. I've owned a Panasonic for years and this one was much less expensive and just as good.
