Rima Fakih Slaiby is the first immigrant and the first Arab woman to win the title of Miss USA. Rima today sits on the baords of the United Nations' World Food Program USA and Best Buddies International, and is an ambassador for School on Wheels. Rima resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Wassim "SAL" Slaiby, and their four kids.Theresa AlHayek is a first-generation Lebanese-American who resides with her husband and five children in Saint John's, Florida. When she's not crunching numbers at her day job or chasing after her little ones, yu an find her volunteering at her kids' school or planning a fundraiser for the less fortunate. With a heart full of love and gratitude, this multitasking mama is also the author of Dream Big, Little Princess. Angela Li is an illustrator who has worked on a wide range of projects, from commercials, books, and theme parks to animated TV shows. She's worked for studios such as Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Television Animation. The best part about her job is getting to bring stories to life through her artwork! This not only was it a great example to my children, but it was so lovely to read, and at night it was enough pages to always put them to sleep right away
