Too artificial and way too sweet, even by ice cream standards. The shortcake crumbles, however, tasted good.

Not good. I love the good humor bars.. this breyers version was not it. It had a really nasty aftertaste. I took two bites and won't eat anymore. The only good part were the strawberry shortcake crumbs. The ice cream flavor itself was nasty. It tasted artificial and too soft.

Ok so this ice cream received a 3 star from me and this is why " the consistency was absolutely not there the expiration date is some time in November which is months out so the consistency should had been perfect, the strawberry part of the ice cream was a great miss" they should had used that time to get creative even making a a swirl with the same taste and texture as the strawberry shortcake hence the reviews the vanilla part and the drops of the cake is was brought it to 3 stars, what I would recommend is make the cake bigger and work harder on the flavor of the strawberry because it currently taste like mediocre vitamins verry chalky strawberry

They take apart each and every strawberry cheesecake icecream bar and perfectly place it into this container just so we can enjoy this decadent masterpiece of a treat. They even take the crunchy bits from the top of the bars and place them in, in neat little rows. Crafted by French artisans in Italy. I’m definitely buying this every time I listen to The Weeknd on the weekend and want my nipples to get very hard. Highly recommended.

I realize this isn't ice cream but a dessert, but the consistency is way too fluffy/soft. My tub did not have the vibrant strawberry swirl it was a light pink color. There was nothing that remotely resembled the center of the Good Humor bar. Didn't even taste like strawberry. Gave two stars since it is edible and wasn't the worst dessert I have ever had. The cake crumbles are softer than on the bar, but I expected that since they are blended in. Needless to say, this flavored dessert is a definite failure in my opinion.

When i first saw this one advertised it automatically sent me back to my childhood when the ice cream truck came around and i loved the good humor strawberry shortcake bars. I have had every single flavor of Breyers ice cream except the healthier ones. I really want to try those because i need to diet or stop eatting ice cream all together if i dont. Breyers is my ultimate brand! I think i dont try them because Im afraid of being disappointed. Ice cream is my ultimate down fault. I could eat the whole box if u let me! I cant say i have a favorite because my mood fluxuates. LoL. I love them all honestly. If i wasnt expecting the strawberry shortcake to be like when i was little i would like it too. I still want to try the healthier ones.

This is alright, the strawberry flavor was very mild. I was hoping to have a slightly more sour strawberry flavor mixed in like the ice cream bars. But it’s all just really sweet ice cream with some little crumbly bits mixed in. Not impressed.

As someone who grew up loving the classic Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake bars, I was excited to see Breyers bring that flavor into a tub. The ice cream has a smooth, creamy base with that signature strawberry sweetness, and there are hints of the shortcake crumble throughout that remind me of summer afternoons and childhood snacks. But if I’m being honest, the one thing missing for me is more of that iconic crumble. The original bar had a crunchy, buttery coating that made each bite unforgettable. In this version, the crumble is there, but it feels more like a trace than a feature. This ice cream is still a nostalgic treat, and I appreciate the creative effort to translate a beloved bar into a scoopable dessert. I just wish the crumble had a louder voice. With a little more of that texture and crunch, this could easily be a five-star favorite. Still worth trying, especially if you loved the original bars. Here's hoping for a version with double the crumble in the future.

It has a bright strawberry flavor along with the creamy vanilla and small chunks of shortcake crumbs just like the ice cream bar. The box has a tamper proof plastic seal stout the lid which I appreciate, but it is still easy to remove when ready to use. I will definitely be buying this again.

What I like best about the bars is the cake crumb coating which the package says is mixed in here with the ice cream but it's really hard to notice. It's still good ice cream, but I'd prefer either the Good Humor bars or regular strawberry ice cream.
