Q: hi was wondering if these golf balls are 2021 or 2022 model?

submitted by Melissa - 1 year ago
  • A: It's the 2021 model, but the balls are made each month. This model is made both in the US (Georgia) and imported.

Good cheaper balls/decent distance

Good cheap ball, I’m a 20hdcp and I like them usually last a whole round (unless I lose them lol) not recommend for hard/long hitters. Not much spin or feel, like premium balls, but doesn’t hurt to hit one in the drink as much as a prov1.

Great golf balls at an affordable price. Great speed and feel while still able to handle a decent amount of spin around the greens.

Played pretty well for price. Good distance and control on well struck shots. Not as good for short game as pricier balls.

e6 Soft verses e12 Soft.

I played 3 rounds of golf in Phoenix last week. I played the e6 Soft the first round and the e12 Soft the second round. Both balls are very similar in performance. Could not tell any difference in distance or spin. Neither ball had much spin on shots into the green. The biggest difference was the e12 Soft has a softer feel when hitting it - which I preferred.

A few members of your team (very nice people) were set up at Orange Bloosom, in The Villages giving out demo balls and asking we try them. I used it on back 9 holes and it was a surprise to see how well it performed. I will use again. 👍

I love this balls overall performance. It is the most accurate and longest off the tee compared to others below. Feels great off the irons and hybrids also. Ok spin around the greens, but not as good as Titleist S, Tailormade project a Srixon Q star.

As a member of Revolution Golf, they had a special on 5 dozen of these balls in white. I prefer yellow as they are easier for me to track through the air, but it was a good price and I wanted to try them. My normal go to balls have been either Titleist Tour Soft or Srixon Soft Feel. The E6 softs feel the same, but I get a little more spin on short shots, and they seem to fly straighter off the tee. I don't know about the previous generations of this ball, but this current generation is my new favorite!!

I am piggy-backing on the review from the guy who has some old e6 balls. These e6 balls were AMAZING! Exceptional distance and accuracy, with the ball exploding off the club face, and great feel on and around the green. I picked up the new e6 Soft and I am in the same boat. I lost some distance, but still bombed my drives straight and long. This new e6 is a bit harder than old e6, and feels a lot like the old e5. Like the other review, not sure why Bridgestone had to mess up a good thing by changing a winning recipe.

Don't buy this ball in yellow

I have a few dozen of the 2016 model left to play with. Went to buy some yellow balls for visibility. Was told the new soft E6 was the comparable ball. It hit 20 yds less off the tee, sounded like a rock, and control was horrible. I called Bridgestone, and didn't get a reply from a technician. When you luck up with a very good ball, why change it to two different types, but the same name?

I am 70 years old and took up golf at 55 years old. I played this ball in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Oct 23rd. I had my first hole in one on the 17th par 3, 147 yard hole. The ball flew majestic toward a tree on the left and faded toward the hole avoiding bunkers on both sides and rolled in the hole. It was awesome, so yes I love this product.

e6 Speed, not only for the par 4s & 5s but for the par 3s!

I bought a dozen Bridgestone e6 Speed (optic yellow) because I was looking for a ball that would help me with my distance off the tee.. I'm 58 years old and hit drives anywhere from 220 - 240 yards. The first time I tried the e6 Speed, I not only hit it farther, I also got my first Hole-In-One. Needless to say, the e6 Speed will be in my bag and trophy case for many years to come!

This is really a great golf ball. I am a high teen handicap and find this ball has low spin but does allow you to bend it when needed. I can't back this ball up on a green but I can stop it very quickly.
