Conceptually, this is a brilliant product. The build quality is excellent. I have no complaints there. It functions exactly how it's meant to. However, to ensure that it's locked, you MUST use a deadbolt. My door is a little tight so it doesn't always engage all the way. if you're the type of person who checks their door by pulling on the handle... it's going to pop open, so again, to ensure that your door is locked, you really need to use a dead bolt too.

Beware- The locking feature will only engage by pressing the inside handle's lock button. What a very strange design decision. The manufacturer doesn't clearly disclose this functional limitation. It takes a very careful, after-the-purchase reading of the text (fine print) of installation instructions in order to confirm it. So we've installed it, and now our many uninitiated users have to push the central lock button on the inside handle every time in order to engage the lock.

This knob allows you to open the door when your hands are full which helpful on a regular basis for me. Installation was easy and the quality is very good.

Not to be dramatic, but this door lever is life-changing! We installed it on the door that goes from our garage into our home and it works flawlessly! It is perfect when your hands are full while carrying things in from the car. The brushed nickel finish matches our other door hardware and while the lever is bulkier than our other door levels it coordinates well with them. I am already making a list of what other doors these would be perfect for. I am thinking of the walk-in pantry which is next to the garage door, the primary bedroom closet door, and guest bathroom. All open inward and get a lot of use, so this type of lever would be helpful. I am also going to suggest these levers to my friends and family who have issues with arthritis in their hands and wrists. I highly recommend these levers. They are not only well made and attractive but also extremely convenient and functional.

My kids absolutely love this upgrade. In the summer our door and handle get insanely hot and very cold in the winter. The push/pull feature of this handle makes it so much easier for them to get inside the house.

The design on this is flawless. Having three options to get my door open makes it so much more convenient and less of a hassle to get it open.

As a handyman this new line excites me. The brand name recognition followed by the ease of installation, make this a diy-er dream come true. Would recommend to anyone who asked.

This lever has it all! It looks amazing and the innovative 3 different opening functions are incredibly helpful. Installed the Harper push pull rotate door lever to the main entryway door of our house and coming in from outside with hands full or dirty hands opening is super easy! The install was a little tricky. The shorter latch that attaches to the main handle body is a little short for my standard door so I had to inset it a little further than flush to the side of the door.

I've installed this on my front door. The quality is great and looks very nice. It is made extremely durable. I enjoy the multiple ways to open the door as well. The installation was pretty easy and instructions were detailed for each step.
