I love scallops and these did not disappoint. Picked up one of each flavor not expecting much, but pleasantly surprised. My two young teenagers wanted more. All preferred the blacked smoked butter, but the lemon butter was also good. The packaging gave instructions to bake in the oven, but I cooked them in a hot skillet- perfect appetizer. Place on rice with a few veggies and would make for a light dinner. Wish they were packaged in larger portion.
