Brod & Taylor Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat Regular, Set of 1

I have the bread proofer. It is the most awesome item ever. I also have the larger sourdough jar and it's great. Haven't found a Brod and Taylor item I don't like yet. I plan on getting silicone mats as well.

Using this has been really helpful for baking different goods in my household. I prefer it much more over other silicone mats I've tried.

Work perfectly for dehydrating smaller things like nuts that may fall through the cracks. Easy to clean.

They work very well. When I first opened them, very plastic smell. Washed and aired them out and smell lessened almost entirely. However, when baking, there is a very slight plastic smell along with the delicious scent of what is cooking. I hope the odor continues to decrease with use. I have a Silpat made in France (expensive)and experience the same. The bottom of the Silpat baked item tastes soapy, but not with the Brod and Taylor. It is much better. I only wonder if I am ingesting something?

So happy I purchased these mats. Makes cookie baking a breeze, no more parchment paper waste. Cleans up easily too.

These baking mats are great, I bought them for using with my folding dehydrator and they have been wonderful so far when making fruit leather or drying small things that might fall through an ordinary grate. I would recommend.

The silicone sheets fit perfectly and lay flat with no issues.

I bought these after I had my dehydrator for awhile. Don't wait, just buy them. I use them not just in the dehydrator but in my half sheet pans as well. They're great quality (I've had 3 other brands and these are the best) and are so versatile. You'll want to add these to your collection!

No more uneven spots! Simply pour your purée into the center of the mat and tilt it this way and that to get a perfectly even fruit roll-up every time. No fussing with parchment that slips around on the racks and wrinkles preventing a truly flat sheet of the fruit. I should have bought these when I bought the Sahara folding dehydrator years ago!

These mats are perfect when you want to dehydrate small things like thyme, leaves, flowers, small berries. They clean easily, and are stored very neatly in the carry case for the dehydrator.

This was a nice size for making apple leather rollups. I smoothed a thin layer of homemade apple sauce onto the mat and dried it, peeled it easily off the mat then laid a piece of parchment over it and rolled it up. I then cut the rolls into halves and fourths for a smaller serving size. The mats were great and washed up easily.

Mats work great for fruit. Makes clean up quick and easy.

These silicone mats make shelf clean up so much easier. It takes me less than 5 minutes to clean up my 2 dehydrating machine's shelves after use.

If you don't own these you should easy to clean and easy to put away. What more to say.

I use the silicone mats for items that really don't need it but I love how easy cleaning a silicone mat is compared to scrubbing a shelf. I think the silicone mats save me so much time I can clean/dry the mats and drop tray, rinse the shelves, wipe down the machine, fold and store after a project is finished within 10 Minutes - that is cleaning/packing & storing 2 dehydrators. Silicone mats are a must have accessory for me.

An excellent replacement to parchment paper in most cases for me. The mat is quite substantial and comes in handy for lining cookie sheets or even my baking stone. The only question I have is high a temperature can it really handle and be safe?

The Brod&Taylor mat is very nice and does just what it's supposed to do! If you've never used one if these mats before, try one, uou will love how literally nothing sticks to them! Easier than spray a pan and healthier! Everything just releases!

I only bought one of these to try out when I bought my B&T dehydrator, I should've bought 5 bc they are awesome!! I've made fruit leather and powdered stock.

You just spent top dollar on a high end dehydrator and now you want to cheap out and buy cut-to-fit silicone mats? Please. Get the B&T mats. Heavy duty. Re-enforced. Fitted. Icing on the cake, they have the cute little B&T logo.
