Silicone Pastry Mat
This is the nicest pasty mat that I have owned, other than a Tupperware mat that I have had for 45 years. This silicone one is luxurious to use! Pastry and pizza dough does not stick, with a bit of flour dusted on the mat. It has measurements so you can see how much more you need to roll your dough, marked on the mat! I am thrilled with it! Baking will be extra fun this holiday season!

Great for pie crusts

I make my own whole wheat crust for quiche, and the silicone mats make it much easier since you can measure the appropriate size. Pro Tip: Don't use this as a cutting board, as my husband has done in the past--it's definitely not made for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fox Run Brands Silicone Pastry Mat has made my cooking and baking much easier. I like how I can both roll out dough and bake on it. The mat has all the appropriate temperatures and measurements written on it. The product is easy to clean. It can be used in freezing and cooking up to 480° F. My only flaw is that it is too big to fit on the average baking sheet. But it is good to prep those baked goods and sticky doughs. Makes clean up a lot easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a full size pastry mat which is surprisingly harder to find as most tend to be half-sheet sized. It has both metric and imperial measurments as well as extremely handy conversions printed on it. This was immensely helpful for me when trying out a British recipe but my measuring cups and spoons are all American sizing. I took off a star because the mat is thinner than others I have used and I found that some baked goods would stick to it a little.

I no longer have to guess if I have the right circumstance. It has so many useful marking in inches and centimeters, weights and volumes. It also can be used as a non-stick baking mat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This silicone mat is very large , it is large enough to cover an entire oven rack ! It cooks in heat temperatures up to 480° . I love using this to bake cookies on because they turn out perfectly and never burn ! This is non-stick . You don’t put this one in the dishwasher you hand wipe it down . It is super easy to clean . There are measurements of all different sorts on the map that I find extremely helpful when I am cooking or measuring for baking !

This nice for rolling out pie crusts or anything that requires rolled dough. This shows different measurements on the sides, always double check as these are not accurate. This also can be used in the oven for a liner.
