Best Mat I've Bout
This was the 3rd rolling mat I tried. It's the only one that didn't slide around or bunch up underneath the dough while kneading bread. It's easy to wash, and the measurement markings are very helpful for baking!

I love this pastry mat. It lays flat and doesn't move around, haven't had any issues using cookie cutters on it. Haven't had abby issues with dough sticking to the mat as long as you lightly flour it first. Highly recommend. I just hand wash in the sink and drape it over something to dry. Will be purchasing another one as a gift.

A must if you make scones!
I LOVE this mat. I use it for making scones primarily. It's nice because the circle has measurements for the size of the circle, plus lines for equally cutting the scones into eighths. I've also used it for shortbread, sugar cookie, and bread dough. It's nice because nothing sticks if you lightly flour this mat, unless your dough is very sticky (but even then it's much more manageable than any other surface).
