Sharp edges
Wish I had read the other negative reviews first; the metal is very sturdy but also very sharp on the edges near the plastic handle. I’d your hand slips even a little off the plastic you could hurt the skin on your hand! Too expensive for that quality. I’m sure it’s effective either way the dough but OXO is supposed to be ergonomically good and safe tools also.

Warped on first time use
Blades warped the first time I used it to make scones. Very surprised and disappointed as OXO is usually a good brand. Will be returning.
