Exactly what I wanted
I wanted a sturdy, low-slug container to replace an old, peeling Tupperware that I had been using for turns and folds. I could not find this size and shape anywhere else. This is very well made and exactly what I was looking for.

Perfect Dough Proofing Container
I just finished using the Brod & Taylor Proofing Container for my high hydration chocolate sourdough bread for the first time. I love these containers! They fit nicely in the proofer, the lids stay in place and can be easily stacked, they are easy to take in and out of the proofer, the side markings make it easy to check dough during proofing, they have temperature markings on the bottom. Another great quality product from Brod & Taylor for a great bread making experience!

Absolute upgrade!
The proofing containers have improved the time, consistency of process and quality of proofing. The lid provides the seal needed to maintain the optimal environment for my dough. Easily stack within one another for storage- no sticking and easy clean up.

Fast proofing
Since this is a rectangular shape the dough has more surface area to proof versus a bowl. So I have adapted to faster proofing with no complaints.

The stacking proofing containers are very useful and well made. Perfect size to stack in my Brod and Taylor proofing oven and cold proof in the refrigerator. Highly recommend the two pack.

Great product

Good concept
I was excited to get these but was disappointed. I wanted to able to measure the volume of my dough. The fact they fit in my B&T oven is great but they are too big for 1 loaf and more importantly my high hydration dough stuck to the container when I went to coil fold. I started in the container and after first fold switched to a glass Pyrex.

The best solution
I am very satisfied with this proofing containers because before I had a problem fitting two bowls in my Proofer when I wanted to make two different dough. Now I don't need to worry about.

Proofing containers
These are great containers. I got 2 and they fit perfectly in my proofing box! Great size for a double loaf and many other great proofing finds. Lid snaps closed and easy to store and clean.

Great container!
It's the perfect size for when I make two or three loaves at a time, and fits well in my proofer. I like that it's clear and has the volume markings on the side so I can easily see how much the dough has risen. Excellent quality and very sturdy!
