Good morning. I bought this package of Brookside Acai & Blueberry Açaí & Blueberry Dark Chocolate candy. When I opened the bag, I reached in to grab a small handful of candy to put in the candy dish. I realized there was only a few rolling in the bag freely, and the rest were discolored and stuck together. They were very solid. I ate a few of the “unaffected” ones but I realized they didn’t taste the same as ones I’ve gotten in the past. Then I got really sick. I spent two days in bed because I felt so awful. I love this snack. It is pretty pricey so I am only able to get it once in a while but when I do, I enjoy it! It taste really good and the fruit and chocolate always tastes fresh. The texture is as expected and the packaging is simple and looks just like the product.

You get some iron and it’s not like regular candy. Smooth dark chocolate, with a chewy center of açaí and blueberry. Not too sticky when you chewy. You get a lot in the small pack and without much guilt compared to typical candies.
