Terrible Sheets

These sheets are terrible. I ordered two sets, light blue and navy blue. They are very different. The light blue is soft flannel, the navy blue is harsh cotton. They are both labelled as luxery vinyl on the packaging but the fabric tag on the light blue ones says flannel cotton and the fabric tag on the navy ones just says cotton. Once washed, the light blue ones already started getting pilled. I emailed the company three days ago and have not received any response.
