Bugaboo Mosquito Net Stroller Accessory

4 stars for the Bugaboo Mosquito Net! I received this product as part of Stellar Product Testing Panel Review and it couldn't have come at a better time. The midwest has been hit with frequent rain this summer so the mosquitos have been out with a vengeance giving me the perfect opportunity to "vet the net". The fabric is soft and durable, meeting the standards that I expect from a Bugaboo product. It was incredibly easy to apply (got it on our Bugaboo Fox 3 toddler seat in under a minute) and allowed for great airflow to beat the summer heat. It also doesn't impair my little one's visibility of her surroundings which is another bonus. I gave four instead of five stars because my toddler has been able to kick it off with her feet during our walks, which is easily fixed but I wish there was a way to prevent her from doing so. Overall, I would recommend this product and look forward to continue putting it to use.

I received the Bugaboo Mosquito Net Attachment through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We are in the process of changing to the double stroller configuration of the Bugaboo Donkey, so it was very important to us that it be easy to use on both the bassinet and the toddler seat. It was super easy to install over the basinet and so breathable! Two things that are super important to me when having a newborn in tow. It also attached super easily to the toddler seat in rear or forward facing configurations. Overall this is a great, affordable, and necessary attachment for an already great stroller. If you plan to do any outside strolling, this is a must have item certain times of the year.

Once I got the hang of it, though, putting it on and taking it off was pretty easy. We have both the Bugaboo Fox and the Bugaboo Butterfly, and the net worked well with each stroller. We used it on a trip to the creek, which is known for having a lot of mosquitoes, and it was reassuring to know our son was fully covered. He did get a little bothered by being closed in, but overall he was fine, and we definitely had peace of mind knowing he was protected. The material feels good quality, and it allows airflow while keeping bugs out. I didn’t even know stroller mosquito nets existed before this, so it was a pleasant surprise to discover Bugaboo makes one. I’m not sure I’d have thought to add it to my own registry, but for parents who spend time outdoors, especially in buggy areas, it’s actually a really useful accessory! Now they just need to make an adult version!

I received this product from Stellar Product Testing Panel. A mosquito net on a stroller is a must, especially with the bassinet attachment. We use our stroller to go every where. With the bassinet my little one can nap in the stroller and I know they are protected from 1000x bites. The net is easy to pack in a diaper bag and add on and remove from the stroller. When I was hiking and wearing my baby on my front, I was even able to drape the net over him and protect him from bites that way.

Love having a quick and easy bug net for baby! She’s too young for bug spray, and this mosquito net is thin and breathable so she doesn’t get too hot. The Stellar Product Testing Panel gave me this mosquito net that attaches and stays put with little buttons. It’s so fast to throw on for walks around the neighborhood or a picnic in the park. We found this Bugaboo Mosquito Net to be a must have whenever we would go on our multiple walks a day. We live in a wetlands type suburb and while our walks are typically on paved paths or trails through the woods, there are mosquitoes and bugs galore. My youngest is too small for bug spray, and still in the bassinet, so this net was the perfect addition to our stroller to make sure they were protected. It’s super lightweight, extremely easy to put on and made of a super high quality material. When we had the net on, I saw bugs land on it with no way in. It put my mama heart at ease knowing the baby was protected. We tried it out with my toddler, who is in the toddler seat and it worked great for them too! The net fits perfectly on both seats and provides such great protection without making it any hotter or blocking airflow. We loved it so much we plan on buying a second so that when we are in double stroller mode (with our Bugaboo Donkey) both kiddos are protected. The Bugaboo mosquito net is a great addition to use with both my Kangaroo and Butterfly strollers. It's compact when not in use and the elastic allows for quick and easy on/off. We've already used it while taking walks around our neighborhood, especially at dusk when the mosquitoes are out. We are planning to bring it on our upcoming trip to the Caribbean to use with our travel Bugaboo Butterfly. It's been handy to use it easily with two of our strollers. Even when it's 90 degrees and humid, the mesh netting allows for good airflow. There is an added bonus of slightly darkening the stroller too - making it a great addition for naps! It fit so nicely on our Bugaboo stroller in multiple configurations and I felt confident and comfortable that it shelled our little one from mosquitos and bugs while also having great airflow. Another bonus is how easily the net can be machine washed. Some things I wish it had: a small storage bag for when it’s not in use. It folds up compactly, but having a bag to store it in would make it even easier to carry around. Also, although I understand the coverage, I wish the stroller’s shade was easier to access with the net on. The net sits directly on it so lifting or lowering the shade system is a tad bit more work. Overall, it’s a practical and efficient solution for protecting your baby from bugs without compromising comfort. I recommend.

We recieved the Bugaboo Mosquito net through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We are HUGE outside people, having a small flower farm, so this product is perfect for our lifestyle. Bugs can be awful this time of year. Overall, the product works really well, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do! It’s not super hard to attach, and I can still see my baby inside, which is a huge plus. It also has a bit of a shade to it as well, which is great on these hot days! If you have Bugaboo products on your registry, then you absolutely need this!!!

This net is very simple to take on and off. It securely stays put for even long stroller rides! It is tight enough to keep even the tiniest bugs out and yet is loose enough to provide ample airflow. I've used this for hikes through dense woods and sitting outside on restaurant patios and found it equally as effective. I love having peace of mind knowing my baby is protected without the use of bug sprays. The quality seems very durable and has stood up to heat and rain. It’s really easy and simple to attach and remove. It takes nearly 2 seconds. I love using it for evening strolls and a day at the park. There are so many mosquitoes in NYC and my baby always came home all bitten up (I know, he’s sweet!). Thankfully, ever since I started using the bugaboo mosquito net he hasn’t gotten a single bite thank god! It’s keeps me so calm now knowing my baby is shielded and protected from these bugs. Th mesh provides excellent airflow, and allows a breeze to come through, even in the hot summer days and my baby stays comfy. I love that it works amazingly in both the bassinet and toddler seat form. I do wish the quality was a bit better though, it feels quite cheap, but it does the job. I’m so happy I was able to try this mosquito net! It’s incredibly easy to install and fits perfectly on both the bassinet and the toddler seat of my stroller. I was given this stroller accessory to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We have the Bugaboo kangaroo and was super stoked to try out this bug net as this summer's mosquitos have been out of control! Right out of the box I thought it was easy to attach, didn't obstruct my kiddos view and most importantly, simple to store/fold away when not in use. The protection it provided makes it an invaluable addition to our awesome stroller system. I would definitely get it for someone else who deals with flying insects on the regular.

Bugaboo's mosquito net for the Butterfly/Dragonfly is far more substantial than other stroller mosquito nets I own and seems like it will stand the test of time. It's easy to pop onto or remove from the stroller seat. There's also plenty of extra netting so it doesn't tear easily when my child grabs it, but not so much extra fabric that there's a safety concern. The netting is tight enough to stop mosquitoes, and loose enough for ample airflow. I don't have the bassinet, but this product would be a must for using the Dragonfly in summer months with a newborn. This Mosquito is another great product from Bugaboo! I received this as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I used it with my Dragonfly Bugaboo stroller. I think this product would work great for an infant and the bassinet, it was easy to attach and the instructions were pretty clear on the QR code. My toddler, did not love it. It probably kept the bugs away but he just got mad and kept trying to hit it. It is a dark net so I wondered if he couldn’t see out as well as he liked. Not sure why he didn’t love it but we probably won’t use it again and will just deal with bugs.
