Burts Bees All Aflutter Multi-Benefit Mascara is a 4-in-1 mascara that volumizes, lengthens and defines your lashes for an all-day effect. The brush and formula work together to give you multiple benefits while making lashes look healthy. This 100% natural origin mascara is made with jojoba oil and naturally moisturizing beeswax to nourish lashes. One of two available shades, Black Brown works well on all eye and skin tones to give you long, eye-catching lashes. Our Multi-Benefit Mascara is gentle enough for your delicate eye area and safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Its also formulated without parabens, phthalates, SLS, petrolatum or synthetic fragrances. And, its ophthalmologist tested and cruelty free.
Usage Directions: Apply eyeshadow and eyeliner prior to applying mascara. Remove wand from mascara barrel and wipe any excess mascara with a tissue or on the edge of the barrel. Apply from the base of your upper lashes up and away from your eye, twisting the mascara brush as you go. Repeat application from the base of your lower lashes and down away from your eye. Let each coat dry for 2030 seconds to avoid clumping and repeat with a second or third coat as needed.

The mascara I got seems to be either dry or it was mostly empty when I got it. Maybe it’s old. I still like it but I’m not sure it will last much time and I thought this upon its first use. I don’t know if this has anything to do with this being an item that isn’t frequently ordered, it if it’s due to delays in the supply chain. Regardless, I generally like Burt’s Bees products. I’ll probably still order the product in the future as the ingredients still seem to be a better choice than others.

This mascara is dry and flaky to the point of irritating my eyes and causing visible specs in my eyes through the day. I’m incredibly disappointed that this mascara performed so poorly. I’ve had it less than a week and need to replace it already.

I was looking forward to overhauling my skin care and makeup routine and I tried to love this mascara but it was just too clumpy. Almost like it needed some water mixed in. The brush was good and the color also but the consistency was just too thick and clumpy.

It is difficult finding a mascara that goes on evenly and doesn’t clump. It’s also difficult to find one that doesn’t easily smudge within a short tim of its application. Unfortunately, Burt’s Bee Mascara wasn’t able to deliver on these expectations. I was very disappointed in this product.

I love this mascara, especially for the price. It doesn't irritate my eyes, doesn't flake, goes on easily. And I love having the choice of a black/brown shade, because I can never decide whether to go with black or brown mascara. But the last tube I ordered--and I admit--it was several months before I opened the package--was nearly dry. I only used it for about a week. Really disappointed.

This is the absolute worst mascara I have ever tried. It’s dry and clumpy. It makes a terrible mess when reinserting the wand back into the tube. It does not apply smoothly. Do not waste your money. Seriously.

This mascara didn’t do anything to make my lashes look great, however, it did not irritate my eyes in any way and it was easy to remove. I don’t like the wand. It feels rough and it doesn’t help separate the lashes.

If you’re just running to the store,or maybe have a few errands to get done, this mascara is ok in a pinch. My eye lashes are a tad on the sparse side so I felt like there was too much product on the wand when I would apply it. I’d usually have to spend a few minutes trying to get some separation in my lashes and get the clumps off.

I love Burt's Bees products, but this one was disappointing unfortunatley. The mascara was dry when opened and you can barely get any on the wand, so you have to take the time to coat your eyelashes at least three times to see any noticeable definition, or colour (the colour I have is black-brown and I have blonde eyelashes). I'm very disappointed because it's pricy, I won't be buying it again.
