    Love the skin you're in!

    I have very sensitive skin and cannot use creams, lotions or many other forms of skin hydration mostly because they contain stearic acid and/or magnesium stearate. I discovered my sensitivity quite some time ago by accident, and stopped itching once I went through every product in my drawers and cabinets and removed everything that contained it. At the time I didn't realize how prevalent it was. Burt's Bees Sensitive Solutions Gentle Cream Cleanser and Aloe Vera Toner are the only things that I use and they keep my skin soft and refreshed all day long without any itching or irritation.

    Horrible ingredient change

    So disappointed with the ingredient change from cotton extract to aloe. I used this face wash exclusively for 10 years. The change to aloe completely disrupted my skin. Sucks when big companies (Clorox) buy up quality brands and ruin them.

    Wanted To Love It

    Broke me out! I thought I loved it at first, then I noticed my already hormonal, sensitive, oily/combo skin having endless little breakouts, red painful bumps and small white heads heads all in weird places I normally do not break out. These pimples are relentless too. My only change has been this face wash. Nope! Returning. The texture is perfect, lather is good, scent is fine. Didn’t dry me out even in a Michigan winter. I wanted to love it so so bad.

    Allergic to this, im only allergic to cheap stuff

    I’ve only ever had an allergic reaction to cheap face products with low quality ingredients and I immediately had a reaction to this one. I use the burts bees lip balms and moisturizers daily, but for some reason this cleanser crushed me. The smell is really weird, like oatmeal someone regurgitated.

    Burt's Bees Saving My Skin Postpartum!

    My skin became crazy sensitive postpartum. I realized it hates niacinamide and ceramides, which are in lots of things now. This stuff is free of all that and I’m loving it!! The only issue is it’s hard to know whether I’ve rinsed it all off and it does NOT wash off makeup so I still have to use something else for that. But otherwise, my skin has calmed down and is glowing.

    Not for after microblading

    I used this cleanser the day of microblading and was perfectly happy with it. Then, I used it two days post-microblading, under the impression that it would be soothing since it is labeled as gentle and for sensitive skin. It definitely isn't gentle enough, in my opinion. It has 4 different types of alcohol, which would explain why it caused irritation.

    Best facial cleanser I've ever used!

    I love love this gentle face wash. I have dry skin and it never feels dry after I wash with this. It also removes makeup, sunscreen, and leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. I do think it's for more dry complexions rather than oily. I found my forever face wash!

    Great Daily Cleanser for Genetically Oily Skin

    This was my first Burt’s Bees cleanser, and having genetically oily/problematic skin as an adult and throughout most of my life, became an instant fan of the product and the brand. It cleanses without drying like others. Noticeable decrease in oil level in two weeks..highly recommend.

    Tube not filled with product

    Product seems to be ok so far, but I will not be purchasing again. Very frustrating paying for a a product that is only half filled in the packaging! It’s just like buying chips, half the packaging is air.
