I have used Ponds cold cream cleanser for years. It is the absolute best product for facial cleansing that I have ever used. It not only cleans the makeup and "the whole day" for me but leaves my face smooth. I would not use any other cleanser and with Ponds I don't need a separate moisturizer product.

This is the best brand of makeup remover in history. Our great grandmothers used this. It's so gentle and mosturising. Waterproof mascara comes right off using a facecloth. Nothing else even compares. Don't let it go.

I recently rediscovered this amazing makeup remover! I haven't used this since college, I was a theatre major and did community theatre for several years, and this stuff got rid of every trace of stage makeup without drying out my skin. I recently bought it again after years of not using it, because I recently started to use makeup again. This stuff gets rid of every trace of makeup, while being good to your skin. My skin still stays soft and moisturized, even after I rinse it off.

I started using Pond’s cold cream make-up remover in my teens, 30 years ago. Over the years I have tried a variety of make-up removers as well as eye make-up removers. Nothing holds a candle to this one. It’s the only one that completely removes my eye make-up so that I don’t wake up with raccoon eyes in the morning, which I hate. Every time I’ve tried something else I always come back to Pond’s. On days when I don’t wear make-up, I just use Micellar water to remove my moisturizer and sunscreen but I will probably use this cream for the rest of my life to get stubborn make-up off!

Something has changed in this formula. After removing EVERYTHING from my daily/nightly routine for 5 months while going through horrible skin testing and prednisone treatments I used Ponds Cold cream for the first time since eliminating all products. Woke up this morning with dry flakes all over both eyelids and both eyelids are red and almost swollen shut again. I’m furious and also sad because this product was a favorite in my skincare routine. Now I’m reading this has happened to other people, too! Genuinely would like to know what has changed in this formula so I can avoid this ingredient in the future!

The best make up remover! I have tried different make up remover brands and I can assure you this is the best one so far. I love how it leaves my skin clean, smooth and it smells so good, like how did I not find this cleanser before! It is just awesome!!! I highly recommend it if you want a clean and hydrated skin!!!!!!

I have been using this cleanser instead of soap on my face. I am 70 yrs old and it leaves my skin feeling clean & fresh & not dry. I am concerned about wrinkles and I never use soap on my face . This cleanser leaves my skin clean but never dry.

A nice cool sensation when applied. Removes all my makeup and leaves my skin very moisturized. It does have a tacky after-feel but I don’t mind it. I have acne prone skin and it has not affected that. I will continue to use this product.

It easily removes my Maybelline SuperStay Mayte Ink liquid lipstick and my waterproof Maybelline gel mega plush mascara. I apply in circular motions and the makeup immediately melts off. Dr. Dray advises to use as a cleansing oil. Wash off with cleanser. Washes off easily as well!

Great for dry/sensitive skin. I love the way my skin feels after using this cold cream. I am not a heavy make-up user, but it removes the mascara and eyeliner with no problem. Only thing is that my eyes feel a little coated so vision is a tad foggy, but nothing I haven't expeienced with other products. I usually wah my face, neckand arms up to elbows with this cold cream. It just makes my skin feel amazing. I am considdoing a full body wash just to try it out. I expect to use this product for a long time.

It is very rich and oily which is difficult to remove from the skin. I bought this because it states on the tub that it does not clog pores (I have blemish prone skin) but I feel I need to wash my face afterwards or I'm left with a greasy residue on my face which I worry would cause breakouts if I did not wash off with face wash. However, this product is very good at removing make up, and I would use it again, it's just a little richer than I would prefer! Would be great for those with drier skin types!
