Instructions: Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Waterproof Cleansing Water.

    Not good for sensitive eczema prone skin.

    I have sensitive skin - eczema prone. Unfortunately this caused an allergic reaction - swelling around my eyes and itchy face. My niece who also has eczema said she had the same reaction but she says the pink cap version not for waterproof doesn't cause this problem.

    Ineffective

    It takes forever to get waterproof mascara out. In the end i feel like it sands down my eyelids and i have to use a lot just to get the make up out. I used other make up removers that are not sold anymore, unfortunately, that were much for effective in removing waterproof make up. Definitely did not like this product and i am considering paying more for a better product and formula. A pity.

    Used to be so great!

    Not for all skin types

    This product was used on my face prior to getting makeup done. I immediately felt a stinging and burning sensation. After I washed my face I began to feel burning on my forehead and chin, woke up the next morning and my entire face was broken out and eyes were swollen. This allergic reaction caused me a trip to the emergency room and with a prescription for medication. Ladies if you have super sensitive skin please be careful with this product.

    Contact dermatitis!

    Did get makeup off, but did leave an oily residue. Also somehow gave me a skin reaction underneath my eyes. Red, dry, flaky, and irritated skin. Did not realize this was culprit until too late!

    Literally feels like oil after putting on

    Absolutely horrible, it got my waterproof mascara off but left an oily residue that I could transfer when touched. Also visibly dried out my skin a ton, I don’t have sensitive skin but this negatively affected it.
