I've used this waterproof version as well as the regular pink lid version, and had the same results each time - raw, red, flaky skin reactions both above and underneath my eyes. I switched to Bioderma for awhile (that one is great but unfortunately doesn't remove makeup quite as well) and had no issues, but as soon as I went back to this stuff, the irritation came back almost instantly. I'm fairly sure it breaks me out too. On a different note, I'm totally baffled by Garnier advertising this as "residue free", because it VERY much leaves a greasy film on your face like the second you use it. I usually follow makeup removal with my regular face cleanser anyway, so that's not a complete dealbreaker for me, but it's crazy to me that they'd even bother trying to market it as residue free when it feels like you're smearing oil across your face. It gets two stars purely for its ability to remove makeup, but I will never ever purchase this stuff again nor would I recommend to anyone.

I could not figure out what was causing my recurring styes. I bought new mascara every two weeks was washing my face three times a day. Then I realized it was this product. I think it works for face makeup if you like to be oily afterwards but DO NOT use to take your mascara off!

It works well removing makeup, however I got an allergic reaction around my nose area. It felt like my skin was burning/tingling. I used this before and that didn’t happen, so it’s odd. Maybe this is a bad bottle, I’ll update after I purchase again (new bottle.)

Works really good people who don’t wear makeup it’s good to clean your face removes dirt from your skin it’s a good add on to your skin care routine and those who wear makeup it removes EVERYTHING super gentle on the skin you really don’t need more then 2 cotton pads to remove the only downfall is that it saids it removes water proof mascara but it’s super hard to remove so I don’t think I suggest this product for those that wear waterproof mascara but over all this product is a 10/10.

Takes off makeup well but I’m not sure how they’re able to label this as oil free when it clearly has oil in it?? I double cleansed after using it and still had oil residue on my face which caused a breakout after only two days.
