    reformulation not good for sensative skin

    Didn’t realize they reformulated and added niacinamide. My husband has super sensitive skin and we changed his body wash because we thought that was the problem. It was the cleanser.

    always works for my sensitive skin, even safe for babies. gets the makeup off and hydrates skin while never stripping too much. derm approved, and cheap for the amount when u compare to luxury brands. easy to pump and refill also.

    Burning and itchy Skin

    Terrible, burning, eye swelling and itching! The new formula contains niacinimide. So many people have an allergy to this ingredient and it’s popping up in everything, The absolute opposite of gentle or for sensitive skin. Cetaphil needs to go back to the original formula.

    No residue at all but the texture for me was a bit weird it’s a little watery. Definitely not recommended for oily skin but it’s a good every day cleanser. Definitely need something stronger for oily skin.

    So disappointed in this product

    Could not find the sensitive skin formula in any stores in my area, so last week, I purchased this one. What I surprise I received. as I put the cleanser up to my face - what a smell!!! Seriously, what has become of Cetaphil? Have been using this product for any years, after a recommendation from my dermatologist. I don't believe dermatologists will be recommending this product any longer!

    Gentle and Effective

    Very gentle and effective in washing off light makeup or sunscreen. It has a milky gel texture. My cheeks have redness and it calms the redness a little bit. I dislike stripping face cleansers and this cleanser is good for sensitive skin. Love the big bottle.

    Niacinamide fragrance free gentle cleanser for sen

    Absolutely love this gentle cleanser for both my face and body! I would highly recommend this fragrance free wash for flaky dry and sensitive skin because it does nourish the skin and helps improve and maintain skin integrity in my experience. It is my daily go to face wash- easy to apply and to wash off. Because the formula is extremely gentle and skin friendly, it will take two washes to remove all the makeup while still hydrating the skin! I also love that it doesn’t irritate my skin or sting.

    this is my favorite cleanser for my combination & sensitive skin. it leaves your face feeling tight but hydrated at the same time, and the ingredients in this are absolutely amazing. this is the cleanser i have switched on and off from since i was a preteen, and I ALWAYS go back to it!
