Started using after a recommendation after having a facial. The first few days my face felt tight and uncomfortable. Now after two weeks, my face feels wonderful and looks healthy and clean. Just sent a note re:item that was returned for a credit put back onto my mastercard#9555. Well, much to my disappointment, there is a discrepancy in the credit amt. I was given a store credit $13.88 but the return online gave a credit for $12.12. I do not understand the logic of crediting a partial of a earned $5 gift card which is not released to me until the items have been picked up. So, what should my credit be??? This is my very first return at Target. I have spent over 1hour explaining & sending notes. PLEASE HELP ME AND/OR TELL ME WHAT TO DO. P.S. The problem has nothing to do with product. In err, I picked the wrong brand. So, you ask if I would recommend the item my answer is "it does not apply".

This hydrating foaming cream cleanser works great. I like how it makes my face feel clean. It doesn’t have a residue, light texture and no irritation either. It’s easy to lather and use. I would buy this product again.

I was recommended this face wash by a dermatologist because of my eczema, and I wasn't expecting much. I purchased it, and within a week of using it, it not only helped my eczema go down, but literally cleared my skin. Like zero blemishes. This is the product that got me into skincare in the first place. No other face wash has been this effective, and it is EXTREMELY gentle on sensitive skin. I didn't even buy it for my blemishes, that was just a happy add-on!

I love this cleansing product. It is gentle, yet also makes your face feel really clean. I wish it were easier to find as it is often out of stock at local big box stores and pharmacies. Also I'd love it if this were packaged in a translucent bottle so ti would be easier to tell when it is running out.

Cetaphil corporate has lost its way. Cetaphil WAS my favorite drugstore skincare line - it was a line for those of us who don't like CeraVe, and used to have gentler, healing products. NOW, Cetaphil has become a CeraVe clone. This cleanser used to be the best creamy, rinse off cleanser for dry, sensitive skin. Now, it is of a different consistency and is irritating to my skin. You lost me as a customer. I am going back to Vanicream, a company which hasn't forgotten its vision and purpose.

Absolute yes!
This product is amazing. I have been on a journey with Tretinoin and it finally has started working so I use this super gentle face cleanser and the thick Cetaphil body cream to moisturize my face and that’s it. My acne breakouts are kept at bay and I’m not dried out and flakey!

Seems to be a new formula, smells like chemicals
I used to love this cleanser for years when it was in the bottle with the blue accents—it was fragrance-free with a natural aloe-like smell from the ingredients, was moisturizing while cleansing, and I could even use it as a hand soap and body wash. It was perfect for sensitive skin and for someone with allergies to shea and fragrances. I recently went to stock up, received the new white bottles without the blue accents, and all of them smelled like a strongly chlorinated pool, made my skin itch, and gave me a headache from smelling it. I had to return them and try to find another facial cleanser to use. Not sure why Cetaphil would change a holy grail product like that. But the bottle with blue accents was perfect, while the new all white bottle is awful.
