Has niacinamide
I've long been aware that niacinamide causes a reaction in my skin so I just avoid it, but I didn't think it would be in an everyday moisturizer like this. What do you know, after using this for a few days my skin is angrily breaking out.

Bad packaging
I love every Cetaphil product I have used. My issue is with the packaging. Several products I have recently purchased have had issues with the pump top, it does not “twist to open.” I have had to use an old pump top, making it difficult to use more than one product at a time.

Great for sensitive dry skin in the cooler drier weather
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has dry, sensitive skin that can get quite angry when not effective moisturised but also when the products he uses are too fragranced or harsh. He’s tried many over the years including over the counter products and strong prescription creams and lotions but found Cetaphil products to be the most effective. With the cooler weather and dry winds he was noticing that his knees, legs and elbows were getting dry and irritated and quite itchy, so started using this every morning after his shower. Applying to slightly damp skin. After about 4-5 days a major difference was noticed and the dryness started to be remedied and within about 2 weeks the flaky and itchiness was almost gone. Considering how inexpensive and assessable this product is this was a major win and he will continue using this.

This cetaphil moisturizing lotion is perfect for both your body and face, It's very very hydrating (lives up to its name!) and makes your skin very glowy as well which is a plus for me at least. It's not heavy or greasy like most lotions can be, and has a very lightweight lotion consistency. Packaging is very useful as the pump can lock so it's perfect for putting it in your bag or just traveling with it because it will not leak! I absolutely recommend!

Whole family loves it!
My husband, children and I all use this product. There’s little sent to it so it doesn’t upset my toddlers. Great value for money, we always get the largest size! It doesn’t have a sticky residue and absorbs well into our skin.
