The mini mat measures 3.5" x 11" and has two divided sections that serve as a food tray. Strong suction cups on the bottom keep it securely attached to smooth, non-porous surfaces* like glass, stainless steel and plastic for use on countertops, tabletops, windows, applicances, travel tray tops and more. Perfect for smaller surface areas and travel.
Two tether straps keep utensils, toys, teethers and other must-have items within reach and off the floor, helping to keep messes contained and baby engaged. Straps coordinate with other Busy Baby utensils and travel bib (sold separately).
The teething spoon is a favorite item carefully designed to offer dual-purpose convenience as both a teether and first spoon. Made of soft, flexible silicone with a textured spoon head and base, the teether spoon alleviates teething discomfort, offers sensory stimulation and holds just the right amount of food for early eaters to effectively transition to solid foods. The gripped handle provides easy grip and maneuverability for little hands so baby can develop important dexterity and motor skills while the extended shape offers extra safety to pevent choking. A hole at the end is specifically sized to conveniently attach to the Busy Baby play mat and tethers (included), ensuring it stays within baby's reach and off the floor.
The reusable wet bag allows for easy storage and mess-free transport and can be easily wiped down and cleaned.

Perfect on the go plate
This thing is fantastic. My toddler only eats if I don’t overwhelm her plate so this works great. Has three sturdy suction cups too. For anyone hoping to use this on the go too, it fits exactly between the arms of the Inglesina fast table chair.

The mat stays put. I've never seen suction cups stick so well! It's easy to pack up in the bag that it came in to go from home to out to eat. The tethers are an absolute lifesaver so the teether spoon doesn't end up on the ground. Very nifty! I've never seen anything like the Teether spoon. It has lots of textures and even stands up on its own. Durable quality and great value!

“I just bought this set for my grandson and now I have to get another one for my house because it’s so useful! We all went out for dinner and it kept the baby busy while the rest of us ate and we weren’t constantly picking up his toys. It was also nice to have a clean place to put bits of food for him to try. The teether spoon was his favorite. My daughter says it’s the go-to thing now as he’s really starting to get teeth. He chews on it from every angle. Great buy. I wish this had been around when my kids were little.”

No more picking baby’s spoon off the ground!
I purchased this a month ago and it has been an absolute lifesaver at restaurants! It provides a tiny space for my babies, snacks, and the tether prevents his spoon from falling on the restaurant floor. The suction cups are excellent! Excited to try more Busy Baby products!

The New Mat’s Insane Suction Made This Gift a Hit!
Their original mat was like a mini miracle for us when our son was little. We could finally enjoy a meal in peace again! Plus it was fun to watch him discover he could pull on the bungees to get his spoon or toy back when he dropped them. Our friend has a 6 month old boy and he is a tornado at meal time right now. Because this new mat now have 3 times the suction strength we knew this would be a hit with them and… they love it! The 3x stronger suction is no joke. Her son has put them to the test and they hold strong! It locks the mat in place to his highchair, even with his intense curiosity and it comes with a teether spoon that he is obsessed with chewing on even when he isn’t eating. It’s a total win for any parent with a curious, active little eater Plus look at this packaging! It’s such a great looking gift to unwrap.

LOVE this mat and spoon!
I'm lucky to have had a Busy Baby mat for both my kiddos. I loved it before with my oldest and now it sticks even that much better. We travel a lot and the mat has come in handy on the plane, stroller and for sure in restaurants. The teething spoon is THE best starter utensil. I always give Busy Baby products for baby shower gifts now :)

This is such a great product! We use this all the time at restaurants and when visiting family and friends. It really keeps messes to a minimum and it’s so easy to connect toys or sippy cups. The spoon is perfect for teething and learning how to use spoons. Plus I love that it’s a veteran owned company!

I'm a dad with two daughters, a 3.5 year old toddler and a 4 month old. I can't wait to start using this with my youngest and I only WISH these had been available when my first-born started eating - it would have saved me a lot of time picking up spoons, mats, and food off the floor. I did test it out with my toddler because the mat caught her eye when it was delivered and, like all deliveries, she was positive it was for her. She thought it was very cool and has requested to use it a bunch of times since then. It looks great and I can tell the design was well thought out. The suction cups are no joke, they work great! That has got to be my favorite feature. Second is the spoon attachment. I might have to order another set so both kids will have one. You won't be disappointed!

Love it!
This is such a great design! The suction is strong, so it doesn't get ripped off and thrown across the room like other feeding mats. I love how the teether can attach to the mat. And, let's be honest, the teething is appealing enough that I would like to chew on it!

Soooooo good!
After trying THREE different brands of suction plates and mats that my 9-month-old daughter could rip off in seconds, the Busy Baby Mini Mat is a game-changer! Those 3 suction cups are engineering marvels - they actually STAY PUT on our wooden table, granite countertop, and even restaurant surfaces. I'm amazed how it maintains suction throughout the entire meal. The teething spoon is an added bonus that keeps her entertained while I prep food. This new and improved design is worth every penny for the suction strength alone! i do not review things often but this thing is the best.

We move our busy baby mats. Everything about them makes going out to eat easier. We don’t have to worry about our son throwing his sippy cup or toys on the floor and we always have a clean space to put his food! The suction is amazing and he’s tried very hard to remove it multiple times and cannot. We give these at all baby showers now!

Perfect Gift for My Nephew’s Baby!
I got this for my nephew’s little one because my sister was constantly complaining about picking up dropped toys and bowls during mealtime. Turns out, this thing is a lifesaver! The suction cups actually stick (unlike so many others, she said), and the tethers keep everything in place—no more toys hitting the floor every 30 seconds. My “grand-niece” also loves the teething spoon. She chews on it nonstop, and my sis loves that it’s designed so she can’t gag herself with it. Versatile, Must-Have Item
I've been buying these as baby shower gifts for years, because they're wildly popular with new Moms. Finally, I got the chance to use the product myself when my daughter had her kids. It's such an amazing invention - I wish the Busy Baby Mat had been around when my kids were little!!! A while back, I left it at a restaurant out of town, so I ordered another. I was pleased to find the new version had even stronger suction cups than the original. Now that my grandson is older (and stronger), I love that the mat stays in place more securely. This thing is so versatile - it goes beyond just a "feeding mat". I've used it as a makeshift "mobile" with favorite toys, and as a training tool when the little one was learning to stand/walk on his own. Obviously, it gets tons of use for the original purpose and I don't have to wear out my back picking up eating utensils and toys constantly! Seriously, every parent and grandparent needs this.

Perfect set for baby-led weaning!
Loving this mini mat and teething spoon bundle! We’re just starting to do baby-led weaning and I’m so glad I found this set right now. The divided sections on the mat keep the different foods separate. I really thought my 7 month old would pull the suctions off in seconds but she can’t. I love that she can grip the teething spoon on her own and I'm not always having to pick it up off the floor since it's attached to the mat. Big bonus that the whole set takes up such little space in my diaper bag and it comes with its own wet bag for restaurants and grandma’s house. Extremely cool little set!
