This Butane Torch Lighters is constructed with a Aluminum Alloy Flame Tube that can resist heat for up To 1300 degrees. The Kitchen Culinary Torch features an adjustable flame control lever that allows users to regulate flame intensity making it an Ideal tool for searing, smoking, charing, or roasting. The Cooking Torch for Creme Brule is compatible with any butane with a long nozzle. Designed with an electronic ignition system, the Kitchen Blow Torch features a safety lock preventing any accidental ignition when not in use. The Kitchen Torch for cooking can hold 10G butane which will last you for up to 30 minutes to an hour when used continuously.

Great little torch! Is more powerful than expected, but that's definitely not a complaint. Easy to fill with butane (that has to be purchased separately) and easy to turn on. Did exactly as intended and my guests were impressed with their marshmallow bruleed strawberries

We have gone through 3 different torches already and this one seems like it will really last. It's sturdy, puts out high heat and is comfortable to handle. The tank seems to hold a good deal of fuel as well.

When I find the perfect tool or gadget or electronic gizmo I get super excited. I use it regularly and it performs beautifully. I reccomend a high end 5x refined butane for a torch of this quality to increase the life of the torch tips and internal components.

I love this little guy. Perfect for touching up pan seared meat and fish or putting a nice crust on something. Sous-vide or standard cooking is much nicer and much more fun to finish. Doesn't seem to use much fuel either.

Fantastic hand held size. Some of the ones I saw were very chunky - this one fits nicely in my hand. I like the design and on initial use seems to be very robust. Great value for money.
