We're quite fond of the aesthetic of this hardware set, so we'll be keeping it up. However, the toilet paper holder could use some improvement. I find myself needing to twist it when compressing, or it won't come out smoothly. Additionally, when replacing the toilet paper, I have to manually pull the rod to extend it back into place. The spring mechanism doesn't seem to serve its purpose well. Despite this inconvenience, it's still a very elegant set. The hardware itself feels sturdy and durable. I must say, the packaging is impressive too. Each anchor plate comes with screws, drywall anchors, and an Allen wrench neatly packaged. Sure, it means we end up with extra wrenches, but I don't mind having spare tools around. Since bathrobes aren't a big part of our household, we've repurposed the bathrobe holder to hang hair towels and a ribbon for hair ties.

I was genuinely impressed by the BWE 4-piece bath hardware set. The quality is exceptional – no lightweight aluminum here; it's very sturdy. The brushed nickel finish adds a touch of elegance to our restroom. As I've been working on various home improvements, this item was a breeze to assemble and install. With just a few more minor repairs, our DIY project will be complete. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this product.

While the quality of this product is impressive – sturdy with a nice shine – the instructions leave much to be desired. As someone who isn't particularly handy, I found them challenging to follow. The text is small and faded, and the pictures are overly simplistic. At one point, I almost considered hiring a professional to help. However, with some persistence, I managed to figure it out and get the towel rack assembled.

The hardware arrived meticulously packaged in durable, heavy plastic bags, which I soon realized was necessary due to their considerable weight. Upon inspection, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The finish was impeccably applied, showing no signs of thinning or imperfections, particularly around turns and joints. This suggests durability in a bathroom setting. The inclusion of complete mounting hardware, separately bagged to protect the finish, was a thoughtful touch. However, I would have appreciated a mounting template, particularly for the towel bar and toilet roll holder. Nonetheless, installing them properly wasn't overly challenging, but having a template for hole placement and leveling would have been convenient. Overall, we're highly satisfied with the hardware—it's robust, finely finished, and substantial.
