Terrible policy
I tried to cancel this item within an hour and a half after purchasing because the delivery date was too late. I couldn’t cancel because items “must be cancelled within 15 minutes after ordering.” I have NEVER heard of anything so ridiculous. The item will be late in coming but I was “late” in trying to cancel. This is the last time I will buy from Target.

Hi Mary Ann, we understand how the delivery timing affected your experience. Target's platform currently only allows cancellations within a 15-minute window after checkout, and once that time passes, orders begin processing automatically, preventing cancellation on our side. We wish we had more flexibility, but cancellation and fulfillment timelines are fully controlled by Target’s system. Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding their policy.
