When I purchased this item, the description said "2-piece" and had other wording that totally made you believe you were getting two differnt pillows. After chatting with customer service, they indicated the wording would be changed, but my only option was to return the pillow, not receive a second pillow as described when I purchased the item. Horrible customer service - your error and not making it right. Send me the second pillow as described when I purchased.
