The sell by Date is August 22 , 2025 😫. Obviously someone isn’t doing their job at your store. Really disappointing to get home and have it being past the sell by date.
Contains Trans Fat? Why?

I love the taste and texture of this yogurt. It has been my go to for a while now. I recently looked at the ingredients and discovered it has trans fat. I really don’t understand why. Trans fat is so unhealthy and had I realized it was an ingredient I would never have bought a second container. I’m extremely disappointed as I do love the product. I just won’t be buying again unless the trans fat is removed.

Thank you for your feedback. Cabot does not add trans fat to our yogurt. However, there is naturally occurring trans fat in dairy products. This type of trans fat is far different from man-made trans fat. In fact, preliminary research suggests that one natural trans fat, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), may reduce the risk of certain cancers and heart disease. We strive to provide consumers with a safe and delicious source of protein and calcium in our products. Cabot's Reduced Fat Greek Yogurt contains 0 grams of trans fat.

This is the best plain (no sugar) Greek yogurt I've eaten, and I've tried quite a few. I stay away from all foods with added sugars, and this whole milk plain Greek yogurt is fantastic. It's rich, creamy, and can stand on it's own without anything added to it. I have it for breakfast almost every morning; sometimes in a smoothy, sometimes sprinkled with fruit, and often just by itself. My true measure of yogurt is how well it can stand on it's own without any added sugars or sweeteners, and this one can. I've recommended this to many friends who eat healthy diets without sugar.

Just here to give a five star+ on Cabot Greek Yogurt. Thick and creamy and does not weep. Far superior to any other yogurt on market. A big thumbs up!! And the cheddar habanero cheese is awesome as well. Keep the goodness coming.

Best and highest milk fat yoghurt I've ever had. It's exceptional! I wish it was easier to find in Texas.
Like eating light sour cream

Nutritionally, this yogurt has about the same profile as light sour cream. Yes, they do boost the protein by adding back in concentrates and adding vitamins. Yes, there are cultures that probably don't exist in sour cream, but this is definitely not a typical greek yogurt. I have tried so many different brands, and this is probably the only one I won't buy again, it's too rich and too much saturated fat.

I've tried many brands over the years but have to say this is the best tasting. It's thick, creamy and so good I have to be careful not to eat the whole thing in one sitting. I can't believe those giving it a low rating I haven't experienced any of the negatives a few (always a few) have made in the comments. If it's so bad why is it either sold out or in short supply every time I go to the store?

2nd time purchasing the 2% milk fat Greek yogurt. I’m sorry to say I again find it has a grainy texture and chalky taste in comparison to the other brands I regularly purchase which were out of stock. I love all your products, however I’m not sold at all on the Greek yogurts.
Not good anymore

It used to be nice and creamy but I just bought it couple days ago and it’s bad. They added whey protein powder to it and it’s not as smooth as it was. Who want whey protein in the yogurt? very disappointed
Love it

I eat Cabot whole milk plain Greek yogurt for breakfast every day and LOVE it. It's a major part of my health regime, and no other brand compares with the taste or consistency. I just wish an organic version was available.

is not buying this sooner. I've been buying Cabot Cheese slices, hard cheese, and butter for years, but I recently purchased the whole milk Plain Greek Yogurt to strain because I had a hankering for labneh. But it was so thick and creamy, I ate it as is with some peaches and blueberries. Delicious without the fruit, even more delicious with the fruit. I can't believe I've gone all these years without this in my life. Better believe this will be a grocery staple from now on.
Glad my regular was out of stock

Stumbled upon this brand when my regular ($$$$) was out of stock and sure glad I did. Half the price, and it may not be “true” greek yogurt as others have claimed but its the thickest, creamiest most delicious yogurt I’ve ever had. Thanks Cabot!

Not True Greek Yogurt

This is regular yogurt with additives. It's like Enriched Bread. Unfortunately anything can be called Greek Yogurt, but that doesnt make it true. It should be called Greek-like yogurt and be honest about it. As a consumer, anything else is just plain lying.

Thank you for your comment - we always appreciate hearing from our consumers. Cabot's Greek Yogurt is made in the traditional-style of yogurt and then we add two high quality dairy ingredients - milk protein concentrate and whey protein concentrate, that increase the protein and richness of our yogurt. This way of making Greek Yogurt has been broadly adopted in the USA and Europe to maximize milk usage and minimize by-product waste.
