Hard to choke down!
It is my fault for not looking closely an noticing these are "tabs" instead of wafers. I had taken the chewable wafers before, which are vanilla flat and not too bad. These, however, are giant horse pills! Th red directions say to take 4 tabs daily, but it is all I can do to choke down 2 a day (don't want to waste them, since I had paid for them). The bottles for both look exactly alike - be sure to pay attention to what you are ordering!

Nature's Plus Cal Mag and Vit D3 with K2
After reading through the other reviews, I felt compelled to write a review in defense of Nature Plus. I think it is an excellent product and an excellent value. Sure it is difficult to take four at once, but why would you want to anyway? Why not take two twice a day to give yourself a chance to absorb all of the nutrients and to spread out the benefit over the course of several hours. I love the product and think it is well conceived. I am disappointed that some reviewers are turned off on the product because of inconvenience. The calcium and magnesium daily requirements are huge and necessitates huge pills.

I was shocked at how huge this pill is and you have to swallow 4 a day. I take many vitamins and have been buying from swanson for over 10 years, this is the first time I got a pill I cant swallow. Don't recommend this if you cant swallow horse pills.

my biggest problem with these is the size of the tablet. It is so hard to swallow one, let alone the 4 required per serving. I do like the fact that all the ingredients are in one tablet, but I will be returning them as they gag me.

Really HUGE
These are giant! As another reviewer stated, I usually throw a handfull of supplements in my mouth and they go down no problem. These I have to take one at a time, sometimes with two mouthfulls of water (and the serving is 4 tablets) will not buy again.

Quantity is misleading
The pill bottle contains 90 tablets. This is NOT a 90 day supply. The dosage listed on the bottle is four pills, making this a supply for 22.5 days if you take it straight through. It did come with a quality report, stating exactly what was found in the last lab test of the contents. Therefore I do give high marks for that. However, the convenience of having one supplement with these vitamins in it is offset by the sheer size of the pills. Each pill is larger than the largest prenatal or calcium pill that I have ever taken.... And I'm supposed to take four? I have to use a pill splitter to make them small enough to swallow.

Pills Difficult to Swallow
Hello, Please review carefully before buying, especially if you have difficulty swallowing large pills, and by large I mean huge. I had to return the product, but Swanson, was very effective and fast to maintain their level of service at the higuest. I am very pleased with how fast they processed my return.

Very great product
I looked and looked for the perfect Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 & K. And this one just fit the ticket. The only negative is the are larger than a regular calcium pill. But that doesn't bother me as long as they have in them all that I need to take. I'm very happy with them. Thanks
