I love this pan. Cooks evenly, and is super easy to clean up. I was almost put off because it is hand wash recommended. But it cleans up so fast there’s no reason not to.

A Little Light Weight
I was a little disappointed in the weight of the pan. It was light compared to my old Calphalon pan. Haven’t used it in the oven yet. Hoping it doesn’t disappoint.

Not happy with this pan
After 2 months of use, this pan is just not working out. We can't fully get it clean and things are sticking to it. I usually get the other type of Calphalon non stick pans and they last much longer. I'm disappointed after investing a lot of money into this. Am I doing something wrong? I don't know, I use oil to cook and start on low heat.

I'm liken it.
I've used the non-stick for a year or more and really wanted to try the ceramics. This is a great pan and I'd recommend to others. I wish they'd sell the sauce pans seperately.

Was only non stick for about four months before it became barely usable. My nonstick pan from Aldi lasted longer than this one. Officially moving to stainless steel.

Quickest clean up!
When I received this pan, I wasn’t sure if I should keep it just because the sides are a bit too short for my liking but I thought ill give it a try and I'm so glad I did! This pan heats up nicely, and is so so easy to clean up!

Literally non stick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan looked pretty & I thought it would be like any other pan off the shelf but I have been immensely happy with it, as it takes ZERO effort to clean. I have made many things with this pan that I thought would have been a nightmare to get off & came clean with minimal soaking or scrubbing.

As advertised. Nonstick works well. But not as heavy as my anodized nonstick this replaced so heating and retaining heat are not as nice. Just something to adjust to.

I love it
Absolutely love this pan. We have a couple calphalon pots and pans already, so I knew this would be a good choice. The lid is heavy and creates a really good seal. I find myself picking recipes because I'll need to use this pan to make them. I only wish I'd gotten a bigger size for when we have guests. 11/10
