Yuck!
I'm not sure what happened but the pancakes that I normally would have cooked on the regular nonstick Calphalon pans was so much better. The pancakes I just made in the 8 inch ceramic pan came out gooey and tasting awful. I'll definitely be returning these.

Disappointed
I pervious owned calphalon get pans and moved them- used them for a long time before the"non- stick" surface started to fail. I purchased the 2 pan ceramic set and initially loved them! Sticking got worse over time; can not clean stains from the surface; seasoned them multiple times and finally have up. We can't use them! Really disappointed. No receipt so i can't return them

I really like these pans
I’ve had these for a few months now. I did season them with avocado oil and I’m sure that improved their non stick quality. They clean up well, only need low heat to cook well and haven’t warped or chipped at all. I’ve only put them through the dishwasher a couple times otherwise hand wash them. I haven’t found the handle to get overly hot. I’m glad I got them.

Healthy eating with confirmed non stick pan.
The pans are non stick as claimed. But if you like a bit of crunchiness around the edge of pancakes you'll need to add an oil or butter. I got these to eliminate pfoa's or whatever they're called, because they are carcinogenic. Our goal is more healthy eating and I do appreciate having this choice.

AWFUL
These are the worst pans known to man. They were great for 2 weeks. Only have been hand washed and taken great care of. Now EVERYTHING sticks and we can’t even get them cleaned fully. They are so stained and gross looking, they look 10 years old.
