GoodCook 3qt Deep Saute Pan with Lid Stainless Steel Cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size. The pan heats evenly and looks so nice with the rest of my stainless steel pots and pans. If you’re afraid to use stainless steel you just haven’t gotten use to using them properly. Heating properly is everything to help with the sticking. I love cooking with stainless steel now and there’s no nasty coding on them that you have to worry about health issues like nonstick. Price is very reasonable. It’s easy to clean just soak and wipe. The handle doesn’t get hot when cooking which is a plus. I recommend this pan as an everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan works beautifully! As with any stainless steel pan, you need to get it hot enough to get it to be nonstick. A quick leidenfrost effect test can make sure it gets that hot! The only reason I docked a star was because of the cleaning. Food mess comes off it well enough but after the first wash, the pan started looking very worn. It’s advertised as dishwasher safe but after coming out of the washer, the surface looked cloudy and not nearly as shiny as when I first opened it. I tried handwashing it and it still looked dull on the inside. It doesn’t change the efficacy of pan but it’s a bummer that it doesn’t look nice and shiny after the first use and wash.

It is not very heavy so it is easy to handle when on the stove. Because it is stainless steel it cleans in a pinch. I haven’t had any issues with burning or residue left on the pan. Would definitely buy another or a bigger one.

I have always had a hard time finding a stainless steel pan that food doesn't stick to, but nothing sticks to this pan! I like how you can cook with high heat and deglaze the pan with ease! It is easy to clean and fits a lot of food. I will consider repurchasing other pans like this in the future!

When used, my food did not stick to the pan and I was worried about it since I mostly use coated non stick pans.

I've attached a few pictures from dinner tonight and using this site pan, making Mongolian beef (which was also amazing). The pan heated up pretty quickly, as expected and heated evenly. I barely used any olive oil, and my beef strips did not stick (I used medium heat, electric stove). It was so easy to clean up with just a soft sponge, soap and water; zero scrubbing required. A few additional features. This is made with a very heavy, solid stainless steel. The connection where the handle fits onto the pan appears like it's riveted and extremely secure. This is important to me as one of my worst fears (as I cook daily) is a pan full of hot food or liquid breaking and burning me. It is also very deep, so perfect for most kinds of meals. The glass lid has a vent hole, which is perfect for long simmers. It is oven safe to 500°F without the lid and 450° with the lid on. I love this pan and an going to look into purchasing a set... Unless, of course, goodcook wants to gift me a full set. 🤞🤞 But I absolutely, 100%, recommend this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ohh this was so pretty!!! I have made a few things on it and I love the fact that after the stove I can pop it straight to the oven. So if you are making steaks, you can sear them AND pop them straight to finish in the oven!!! (Please do not put the lid in the oven!). It was easy to clean, the heat spread evenly too. This was so fun to try! Definitely would recommend.
