I ordered two pairs of Calzuro clogs. I returned one right away because it hurt my feet after just a couple of hours, but decided to give the Calzuro Lights a chance. At first, they seemed better than the other pair, and I loved the purple color and the fact that they don’t feel overly narrow. However, after wearing them for only a day or two, they started to feel uncomfortable and developed a crease on the top. When I reached out to customer service within the 30-day return window, I explained the situation and even sent photos. Unfortunately, I was told they could not accept them back because of the crease since they “can’t resell them as new. ” This was very disappointing. How is anyone supposed to know if a shoe will truly work for them without wearing it for at least a short time? For clogs meant for healthcare workers who are on their feet 12+ hours, I would have expected more support both in the shoe itself and in the company’s return/exchange policy. Overall, while I liked the color and that the fit isn’t too narrow, I wouldn’t recommend them for long shifts, and I was very let down by the lack of flexibility from customer service.

True to size, the heel is comfortable amd not high, the style is light and comfortable i will get another pair
